Construction Notice (August 2026 – March 2027)

Blue Surf will be undergoing a multi-phase exterior renovation project beginning August 2, 2026, with work currently anticipated to continue through approximately March 31, 2027.

The project includes:

Window replacement
Sliding glass door replacement
Balcony and railing improvements
Removal and replacement of the building's stone façade
