This well‑appointed room features a leather queen sleeper sofa, an oversized accent chair, and a coffee table, creating a comfortable setting to unwind after a day at the beach. Enjoy movie nights or gaming on the large Smart TV, complete with an Xbox and controllers, or browse the bookshelf stocked for added entertainment. A ceiling fan helps keep the space comfortable, and the living area opens directly to the back patio, making it easy to enjoy indoor‑outdoor living.



Back Patio & Outdoor Amenities:

The back patio is thoughtfully set up for easy beach days and relaxed evenings. Guests will find a convenient storage chest stocked with beach gear for guest use, along with a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. An outdoor seat provides a spot to unwind, and a nearby hose makes it quick and easy to rinse off sandy beach gear after a day by the water.



Kitchen:

The kitchen offers a functional and inviting space for everyday use. Fully equipped with essential cookware and dishes, it also includes a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and garbage disposal, making meal prep and cleanup easy—whether you’re cooking a full dinner or grabbing a quick beach‑day bite.



Dining Area:

Stepping out of the kitchen, you’ll enter the open dining and living area, featuring bar seating for four, a dining table that comfortably seats four, and an additional mini fridge conveniently located below the countertop, making it easy to gather, dine, and relax together.



Half Bathroom:

The first‑floor living space also includes a convenient half bathroom, offering easy access for guests without needing to go upstairs.



Washer & Dryer:

For added convenience, the washer and dryer are located in an open area within the living and dining space, making laundry easily accessible during your stay without being tucked away in a separate room.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

After a full day at the beach, head upstairs to the second floor, where both bedrooms are conveniently located—providing a comfortable separation from the main living areas below.



Primary Bedroom (Second Floor):

The primary bedroom features a queen‑size bed, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and a large closet for storage. A dedicated desk and office chair make this space ideal for remote work or planning your day. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Sliding glass doors lead directly to a private balcony, allowing natural light to fill the room and offering easy access to outdoor space.



Second Bedroom (Second Floor):

The second bedroom includes two twin‑size beds, a large closet, ceiling fan, and two bean bag chairs, creating a flexible and comfortable space for kids or additional guests. Please note, this room does not include a TV, but features a large window that brings in plenty of natural light.



Second‑Floor Bathroom:

A full hallway bathroom is conveniently located just outside both bedrooms and features a stand‑up shower and single vanity, making it easily accessible for guests.

Please note: If you rent a golf cart, it will count as one of the two allowed vehicles, as the property offers two designated parking spaces total.

The townhome is just minutes from Miramar Beach’s sugar‑white sands and emerald waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and unforgettable coastal adventures. Miramar Beach Regional Public Beach Access is located just 0.6 miles from the property, making it quick and easy to enjoy the area’s beautiful shoreline.

Essentials & Guidebook:

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.



We provide a complimentary digital guidebook to make your stay effortless. From the best local brunch spots and hidden beaches to check-in instructions and house rules, you’ll have everything you need right on your phone or tablet!



We use a secure, keyless entry system with a unique code for each reservation—ensuring you’re the only one with access during your stay.



Things to Note

• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must be present for the duration of the stay

• Parking: Two designated parking spaces are available directly in front of the townhome. Please note that trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted.

• High speed internet

• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.

• Beach Access: The nearest beach access is located approximately 700 yards from the townhome, making it an easy walk or quick trip to the sand.

• A community dumpster is located at the front of the complex and is available for guests to dispose of all household trash during their stay

• For added convenience, coin‑operated laundry facilities are available on site for guest use during your stay.

• While there is no ice maker in the condo, ice cube trays are provided so you can easily make ice during your stay.



A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, coffee filters, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



A Note on Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Important Noise Disclosure: This townhome is located within a multi-unit building and shares walls with neighboring residences. As a result, noise from nearby units may be heard at times. This is a normal part of multi-unit living and is not considered a maintenance issue. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept this possibility.
