The Space:

Salt air drifts through open balconies while the rhythm of the Gulf sets an easy pace for your days. Mornings begin with coffee and coastal breezes, afternoons drift between the pool and the beach, and evenings gather everyone together under soft lights and open skies. With room to spread out and spaces designed for coming together, this Miramar Beach retreat is made for shared time and relaxed coastal living.



Sleeping arrangements

The home spans three stories and offers eight bedrooms and eight and a half baths, accommodating large groups with ease. Six king bedrooms each include a private bath, offering comfort and privacy throughout the home. Two bunk bedrooms, both with private baths, are thoughtfully arranged for group stays. One bunk room features two sets of queen bunks and a twin bunk, while the second includes one queen bunk, one twin bunk, and two queen beds. Three separate living rooms provide additional space to unwind across all levels.



Living spaces

Inside, the layout balances gathering and privacy with three living areas and two dedicated game rooms. One game room includes a billiards table, while the second features arcade games, creating options for both laid-back and lively moments. Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support everything from movie nights to remote check-ins. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays and beach-filled days.



Kitchen and dining

Two fully equipped kitchens anchor the home, making group meals and flexible schedules easy. With generous dining areas and multiple gathering spaces, everyone can come together comfortably without crowding the flow of the home.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub set within a fully fenced backyard, offering space to swim, relax, and enjoy the coastal air. The pool is heated seasonally and available by request from October through May. Hot tub hours are from 6PM to 12AM. Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas invite easy evenings after the beach. Beach access is nearby, just two blocks away, and beach essentials are provided for your days on the sand.



Comfort and convenience

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. Parking is available for up to four vehicles. The property is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged companions to join the stay.
