    This beautiful, newly redecorated, first floor condo on the bay side of Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort has a spacious deck with wonderful lake views and golf course. Enjoy relaxing on the patio with morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.



    The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, patio access, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find a twin and queen size bed, perfect for families traveling with kids. The guest room also has a flat screen TV and large closet. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos.



    Kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances and new quartz countertops. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need for cooking breakfast, lunch or a wonderful dinner.



    Patio dining can be enjoyed on the spacious patio that overlooks the water and golf course. Enjoy the wonderful neighborhood pool with water & golf course views.



    Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside, Grayton Beach, outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.



    Spring/Summer: Enjoy tropical beaches, area fun, extended restaurant and shopping hours, water sports rentals.

    Harbour Point is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center and offers free parking, pool access, secure location, and golf views. Harbour Point, is a quiet community perfect for your family, golf or private getaway. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. The beach is a short distance (1 mile) from the condo.



    Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guest's driver's license per stay. IF the unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.



    Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

    No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home.



    The Golf Cart will be parked in Spot #28. Do NOT park golf cart in car spaces or you will be fined. Only park in spot #28.

Great location with beautiful view of the pond. Golf cart made getting around everywhere more convenient and fun the kids. Condo was clean and perfect for our small family of 4. The twin bed was extremely uncomfortable for my teen daughter who ended up sleeping on the couch (which was super comfy), but honestly everything else was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Sandestin! The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy everything the resort has to offer. One of our favorite perks was having access to the golf cart, it made getting to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities so convenient and added a lot to our overall experience.The hosts provided thorough information before our stay, making everything easy to find and understand, and the check-in process was seamless. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.There were a few minor things around the condo that could use some attention, but they didn’t impact our overall experience or enjoyment of the property. Overall, we had a great vacation and would happily stay here again. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Sandestin!

Bathrooms were more than deplorable toilets were extremely old vanities were even older clutter in all of the closets filled with junk, including a printer, cribs and all kinds of other stuff that just made the place feel dirty and crowded

The house was exaxtly as pictured. The golf cart was a very nice perk. We only used our rental car once to drive over into Destin. The beach is a short golf cart trip away and beautiful! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The resort is easy to navigate and the rental was as expected. Comfortable to for the family. Clean and everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The golf cart made it very easy to get around the resort area and to the beach.

The condo was the perfect place to stay with my mom, SIL and MIL! Great location in the Sandestin resort and very easy check-in process. We enjoyed the comfort and the beauty of this condo!

We had a great time! We usually stay on the ocean side but this was still a great location. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen for accessories and some seasonings. Wish the golf cart was parked a little closer but very minor.

Loved! Loved! Loved!

Stayed here with my teens/ adult children. We all loved it! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. We all enjoyed riding the golf cart to the beach, shops, restaurants. The condo was so nice and clean and beds were comfortable. We can’t wait to go back!

Anniversary get away

We always enjoy staying in this location, however, this time was very noisy. Workers were yelling right outside our window the first morning well before 8, then there was an incessant beeping from another unit for 2 days, finally the last morning leaf blowing started well before 8. The location, golf cart, cleanliness were all great.

Great stay and location

In all transparency, we noticed a large dead cockroach in the bathroom floor upon arrival. However I appreciate the owner spraying for bugs and there were no other “visitors” found. I cannot say enough good things about the property. Very clean and accessible and my children had a great time with the game system and porch. Great amenities and an overall very comfortable stay! Thank you so much to the owners for a relaxing getaway.

Beautiful well equipped property!

Great property, very clean, well furnished and all the amenities that you need. The view off the porch was great and my daughter loved seeing all of the turtles in the pond next to the rental. My husband loved the use of the golf cart and there are so many amazing houses down all of the side streets to see. I loved the pool and staying on resort gives you access to all 4 pools. There is a pool nearby but another one down the street that has a great baby lol area for our 3 year old. Would definitely stay at this property again. The rental company and Tracy were very easy to work with as we had a few requests.

Not clean

Overall this property was not clean. There was a dirty spoon covered in peanut butter in the silverware drawer. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived so we had to wash other guest dishes along with all of the silverware because of the dirty spoon in with the clean silverware drawer. The garbage disposal smelled strongly of rotten food. I had to put dish soap down the sink to help with the strong smell. The exhaust fan in the main bathroom is very dirty, and covered in thick dust. There were also dust balls on the lamps in the main bedroom I had to clean. The clean towels were put under the sink in the main bathroom touching the toilet plunger. Unfortunately, we did not notice this until after we dried off with these towels. The windows are large and overlook the beautiful pond but are so dirty you can barely look out of them. The screen doors are hard to open and close and are also very dirty. The washing machine and dryer are very old and very small. You can only wash about 3 towels at a time and the machine itself is loud and missing parts on the front of the unit. It definitely needs replacing. We booked this property because of the 5-star ratings on VRBO but unfortunately, our experience could have been much better. The condo is mostly renovated but it needs some deep cleaning and minor repairs to be complete. The TV in the living room would not connect to the internet so we could not watch TV in the living room our entire trip.

Family Beach Vacation

Nice clean rental. Plenty of room for our family (3 adults, 2 kids). Loved having access to a golf cart this year. So convenient for trips to the Wharf and the beach. Property manager was always available for any questions we had prior to our trip.

Great vacation!

We have a wonderful week at this property. The golf cart was an added bonus for ease of getting around the property, to the beach and dinners! The only negative is that we were unable to access the different community pools as advertised in the listing. Starting 6/1/2022, there are attendants at each community pool and only those who rent thru Sandestin directly can now utilize the community pools. We were still able to use the neighborhood pool however. Overall great stay and would book again!

We loved staying at this unit. It was a perfect location that was super close to everything and with having access to the golf cart, we were able to ride around everywhere. We had our 2 small kids with us and we all had the best time! Would definitely stay here again!
