Oceanfront Condo; Gorgeous Ocean views! End unit closest to the beach!

The best unit location in the building is waiting for you! It is your chance to create lasting memories when you stay in Summer Breeze 301A. This top floor, end corner unit is newly updated and renovated in 2022-2023! We offer gorgeous views of the emerald coast and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit features new quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash, built-in hall bunks, updated bath, new flooring throughout, new ceiling fans, fresh paint, new kitchen table, new bedding and linens. Coffee maker and Keurig provided, along with other items for home cooking (crock pot, etc).

This property boasts loads of exterior updates as well- done in 2023-2024! All new balconies, stairs, pool deck, and more so that you can enjoy a brand new setting in the spring and summer!

Extra windows create natural lighting and beautiful gulf views. Features include a community pool and hot tub, as well as easy public beach access. Located directly across the street from Pompano Joe's, plus access to the pedestrian path that runs the entire length of Scenic 98.

**FROM JUNE- AUG: bookings only accepted if checking in and/or out on a Saturday. (This avoids 'blocking' two weeks' worth of rental opportunities.) (Exceptions may be made for Sundays). Minimum 6 nights during this timeframe.

We welcome snowbirds, too!

The view was very pretty -- we loved sitting on the balcony -- once the spring breakers & noisy neighbors went home! The unit is tastefully decorated, bed was very comfy, gorgeous views out the windows. Nice that basic soaps some paper products were provided. My only request / complaint is that the cooking utensils need to be replaced. They were peeling on the edge so we didn't use them & we went out & also bought a frying pan. That being said, it's a rental & I'm sure no everyone takes care of nicer cookware. Parking was never a problem. Nice that they had so many TV channels, just crazy that no place down there can get local channels / major networks but we weren't there to watch tv. :) The pool was nice for a dip but the hot tub had brown bubbly sludge. Never saw anyone cleaning it. Overall we absolutely loved our stay & wish it was longer. If I'm able we want to stay here again!

Great location and an amazing property. Can not beat the view and having an ocean view from the bedroom is a great bonus.Right in the middle of Destin Beach, we were able to walk to most restaurants and stores.Beach access right across was very convenient and not having to deal with parking is outstanding.Condo was spotless and we had a great time staying there. Will be back for sure.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable and the view on the balcony was amazing for the sunset, which was an added bonus. Beach directly across the street, with easy access. Plenty of places to eat along the strip. The pool was clean and heated. The hot tub was clean as well.The only complaint was a very noisy couple next door.

Air conditioner was not working when we arrived…which,thank goodness, we were able to check in early because it took several hours to be fixed.Condo needs updating.. handle on bathroom door kept falling off.. ice maker did not make a lot of ice, rugs had not been vacuumed, and bathroom was cleaned by me

Great location! Wasn't too far from restaurants or shopping centers and other activities!One thing if you don't like climbing stairs then this spot is not for you. Forgot my mom has trouble climbing stairs. But I loved it treated it like an everyday routine exercise! Get your steps in!

Primo location! Closest balcony to beach on entire strip! Kids had lots of freedom with pool, hot tub, beach access all a stone's throw away. Condo was great layout for size with the hallway bunk beds a hit. Kitchen was good, not super updated, but worked for making breakfast every day and saving a ton of ! Bathroom had great pressure & hot water...could it be updated? Sure. Super happy with price, location & layout! Definitely a deal.

Great Location!

Easy access to beach, pool, hot tub...many places to eat or shop within walking distance or short driving distance. Great communication with hosts. Nice views from balcony. Great coffee and ice cream place(s) down the street. Pompano Joes literally across the street.

3rd floor walk-up a little challenging for my age and physical condition.

The location was supreme with great views and access to the beach. Miramar as a destination during spring break was a little more than expected but still fun. Destin has certainly changed since our last stay but time marches on. Would rent again from the owner but would like a 2nd floor unit next time.

I gave it a 3 over all. Here's why.

No heat and never was corrected. Were supposed to come and fix it or lets us know why and never did. Did bring over a space heater. Toilet seat was so loose I almost fell off. I repaired it myself. Handle on microwave was falling off, never corrected. Battery's in remote were dead, I bought new ones. Beds were uncomfortable. It's a beautiful spot and loved the location. Just needs some work.

A week in Florida

The property was well located next to a nice beach and close to restaurants close to shopping close to golf courses. The price was right and while it was small, it was perfect for two people. There was a television in the living room and the bedroom so we could both watch different programs which we appreciate.

Amazing all around!

Amazing place! From the location to the cleanliness to the communication. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area, and could even bring our two kids and all fit comfortably. The beach is across the street at the public access. Short walk to dining and shopping, as well. The only recommendation I have is to possibly get curtains for the main bedroom since it’s so light in the mornings, but that’s it! Great place!

We love this condo!

Everything was great we had a relaxing week! The location is perfect with the beach access literally across the street. Owners were very nice and texted me to make sure I had seen the email with check in instructions which I hadn’t since it had went to my junk folder. Very nice place to stay!
