Great location for a guy’s golf trip, girl’s getaway or family vacation with 2,400 acres of spectacular beach and breathtaking views of the Choctawhatchee Bay. Enjoy three Championship golf courses – 54 holes from the beach to the bay. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, and a twin bunk room with smart TVs. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy an afternoon of catch-and-release fishing. You can bring up to two of your beloved dog companions under 25 pounds each. New Years Stay

We stay in Sandestin at least once a year and feel this may be one of the best properties we have ever stayed out. Clean, updated, easy to get to, and comfortable rooms for everyone. We were very pleased.

Very nice but…watch wording.

This was a great area and a very nice property as far as cleanliness, decor and what was provided in the rental but there was a big issue with the electrical system in the rental which could have been really bad, as it could have resulted in a fire! We were lucky we noticed this quickly and the property manager did send an electrician the next day. So their quick response was appreciated. The ice maker in the refrigerator also did not work but we dealt with it. There was some confusion over what amenities at the resort were provided to us at a reduced cost. They are NOT included because we booked through this site rather than directly and I feel this should have been more clearly stated. “ Having access” gives the impression that you would receive the reduced rate as a guest because you are such….a guest. But this is not the case as we later found out. The pool that was closest to us as was under construction , therefore not available til at least June which was also not made known in the listing. Nonetheless, the resort area is very beautiful and there is a lot to do that is only a golf cart away. I would definitely consider going back to Sandestin resort but would perhaps book directly to receive reduced rates to golf and use the fitness center.

Wonderful stay!

This home is lovely - spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed to feel like home away from home. Also loved having a golf cart to get to the beach and around the Sandestin community.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this house! The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for exploring. Also dog friendly. Very easy to get to the shops at grand boulevard and Baytown wharf (without getting on 98!) Great place to spend to spend time with our family!

Awesome condo!

Our stay was amazing! We found the location to be perfect! The golf cart was ideal for getting around to the beach, village, and the store. Management was very accommodating with timely responses. We definitely recommend his listing and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit

Enjoyed stayed here, everything was as described. Loved the location, the pools and beach were fairly easy to get to. The golf cart is a huge help, wouldn’t have enjoyed as much without it. Loved being able to take it to the beach, the pools and even the stores. My suggestions would be to map that out somehow, how and where to find places. We figured it out pretty quickly. Also, really need to invest in a couple non stick pots and pans if anyone is to do much cooking. Beautiful, clean place overall and would stay again. Also loved looking at all the turtles out back.

Beautiful Rental

This was one of my favorite vacations in a long time. The house was beautiful. Very spacious for everyone. Nice deck to hang out and grill in the evening times. Very kid friendly. With just a short trip to the beach. Definitely would come back and recommend to rent.

Review

The house was a great size for our group, the AC stopped working, but the response time and repair was impressive. The bugs are horrible out back on the deck, we had at least 50 in the house at all times no matter how quick we were with the door. The private beach description was misleading, and there were no directions for the pools or what we needed to use to get into them. Also because there are no trash cans, you put the trash bags by the street and had to clean it up because animals got into it.
