Offering serene water views, a rare fenced-in backyard, and a complimentary 6-seat golf cart, this home is perfectly designed for a relaxing and convenient Emerald Coast getaway.

Just a short ride away, you’ll find the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf, along with resort amenities, dining, and shopping. Cruise easily to the beach, Village of Baytowne Wharf, and surrounding areas using your included golf cart.

Step inside to a bright, extra-spacious living area filled with natural light and comfortable seating, perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. One of the standout features of this home is the large fenced backyard, a rare find in Linkside, offering plenty of space to relax and play. Enjoy peaceful mornings fishing right from your deck, or unwind in the evenings at the outdoor dining area overlooking the lake.

The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, patio access, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The first guest bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, desk area, generous storage, and access to a beautifully renovated connected bathroom. The second guest room is ideal for families, offering a double bed plus bunk beds, additional storage, and a flat-screen TV. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer, private parking, expansive backyard space, and tranquil water views.

On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. Beach is less than 1.5 miles from the condo. Take the cart all the way to the beach!

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

GREAT HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This property was great. It was spacious and provided our family of four with all we needed. The patio area was clean and quiet and great for our morning breakfast gatherings. The golf cart was a plus and we really enjoyed riding around the property. My family and I will definitely return.

Family Fun, Golf & Beach Trip

The condo is perfectly located, very spacious and clean. The outside deck provides a beautiful sunrise view and we enjoyed having the golf cart to run around the resort area. The area has plenty of shopping, places to eat and the beach is absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend and would definitely come back . The property management was on top of everything and made check in and our stay very easy and comfortable.

Nice Location

This property was very nice. All of the beds were comfortable with plenty of bath linens. Management was quick to respond when we had an issue with the screen door coming off the track and a maintenance person came to fix it same day. The backyard is completely fenced in which was nice for our small senior dog to roam around freely. The house is about a 5 minute golf cart ride to the community pool and beach access. The pool and beaches were very busy while we were there but we still enjoyed ourselves. The pool was heated nice and warm. The pool closest to the Linkside area was under construction so maybe that was why the other pool was extra busy. The Baytowne Wharf Village was a fun place to visit with the golf cart with lots of restaurants to choose from. It was so nice having the extra large golf cart to ride around on.

Family Trip

This was our first trip with our daughter (3 months at the time) and we always try to travel with our dog. The house was great. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the fenced yard was perfect to enjoy time outside with our dog and the furniture was very nice for a rental. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect Holiday

We loved this house and property. The large backyard was perfect for our 2 doodles. The house is set up very nice and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved getting out and walking the dogs. The golf cart was a fun bonus. Even though it was cool in December we rode around on it. This is the perfect house for the beach. With the golf cart and the tunnel to go straight to the beach. Also the owner and management were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definately recommend this property. I hope to return in warmer months to enjoy the beach.

Great experience!

We have stayed in many rental homes over the years, and this one by far has been the most accommodating with the amenities that it offers. Bedrooms are spacious, worked out great for our family of six and a baby with the three bed set up up for the children. Each room had a nice sized tv especially the living room. The golf cart was a huge plus with the rain guards considering we got caught in a big storm heading back from the beach. All the cookware was good quality. The shower handles were a plus with bathing the kids after the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing missing was a grill to cookout on.

Inside the Condo was super nice and clean. One of the bedrooms was a bit stuffy and the table outside needed some cleaning before we could eat on it. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but we couldn’t find a baking sheet which would have come in handy when baking bread for a dinner one night. The golf cart was perfect. Overall really nice place.

Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was especially nice to be able to use the golf cart to go to the beach. Our Frenchie loved chasing lizards in the yard and the deck has a great view of sunrise. My only complaint is the lack of a mirror over the sink in the master bathroom.

Beautiful Home

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The golf cart makes it very convenient for access to the beach which is a short ride away. My only complaints would be the third bedroom comes with a portable air conditioner that doesn’t have a lot of output but it keeps it at an okay temperature, no hot water in kitchen but it’s doable. Not a fully stocked kitchen when it comes to pots and pans for large groups. There isn’t a dust pan. These were minor. Beach chairs , beach toys and tent in home. Plenty of parking. Beautiful decor. Comfortable bedding. Lots to do on resort. Property manager very helpful.
