Spring Break 2025

Loved the house and location! We had more than enough beds to sleep everyone comfortably. The 6 person golf cart came in handy getting supplies to the beach. The bikes needed a little TLC, however (one bike needs a new bearing). Some end tables and/or coffee table would be nice in living room

A very comfortable and nice place to stay.

We were all very comfortable. All the comforts of being home. The house was clean and neat. We did have one bed that had sea shells between the sheets and really did look like the bed had been slept in. We washed them and all was good. It’s a very nice family vacation place that all was very comfortable in and no one was crowed. If we ever get the chance to do this with our family we would definitely love to stay again.

Great vacation stay

We picked this property for our family vacation. It was a great house for a large group. The golf cart was very convenient to go back and forth to the beach and pool. Communication response from the owner was very quick. It was a great and relaxing week with the family.

Perfect for large groups!

My friends and I stayed here for spring break and it could not have been better! The house was extremely clean, roomy, and it was very easy to contact the host when needed. The included golf cart was amazing and made it very easy to get to the beach and stores in the area. On top of that, the neighborhood feels very safe. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Miramar, definitely check this place out!

Fishing trip with friends

A group of us needed a place to stay for a weekend fishing trip and this place was perfect. 9 guys and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Instructions were incredibly detailed and the place was quiet and immaculate. Distance to the beach was also a short walk; would certainly stay here again!

Cute & Cozy Home

My family really enjoyed staying in this home while we were in Florida. It was a cute and cozy home. It also had extra beach equipment for us to use on our stay (beach chairs/bikes/wagon). We had a small family reunion and we’re able to fit 3 families comfortably in this home. The kids loved it! Jeff provided us with detailed instructions on checkin and checkout so everything went smoothly! I would definitely come back and stay here if we come back to Florida! Thank you Jeff!

Amazing week - better than we expected!

This house exceeded our expectations! The owner helped with all question and needs that arose. The pictures don’t do this house justice. Here is my list of thing I would tell the families after me to ensure best experience or reduce worry- -pay attn to distance - owner is correct, pool close to walk but beach too far for anyone carrying stuff or with kids. Rent a golf cart and the quick 1.2 miles drive to the beach access with 10 golf cart parking spots - it was July 4th holiday, parked without issue and never crowded Beach (it’s left out of the neighborhood and last beach before WinnDixie) -Downstairs bathroom small but met the need - Kitchen stock amazing (everything u need to cook or prep) - Drive way small- fits 2 cars+ golf cart- can put golf cart or compact in garage but tight. all amazing Beach items they provide. Talk to owner if you are bringing more than 2 cars to get a plan. He is amazing and honest to give info to help - AC is amazing and worked like a charm, so grateful after being in the heat all day -Very clean -What a dream to store beach stuff in garage every evening and we put a towel down at entry - worked like a charm to prevent sand in house! Not a single issue with pests-very very clean. I will return and the bar is set high now! Thank you for sharing your home, it was a lovely vacation!

Nice places

Our trip was nice, the house is set is a great location, nice and quiet. We had no problem letting our children ride the bikes through the neighborhood. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Beach is a little longer but still doable if Ben with tired kids. The house was fit all 12 of us nicely. The host was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and very tentative. Thanks for letting us stay at your house we can’t wait for next time.

Relaxing Getaway

This beach house is more beautiful in person more than the pictures. Everything that we need for a family vacation is already included. Community is gated and quiet, beach is walkable. Overall stay is great. We wished we to stayed longer.

Renting the property was easy, but I asked for a handicap assessable but it was NOT the home was beautiful but my handicap nephew couldn’t get his chair in shower the trip was really miserable for him the bathroom it self was extra small all the other rooms and bathrooms was upstairs 😂😂😂
