The view from the balcony, the living area and the master bedroom was amazing. Both bathrooms were very small. The shower in the guest was teeny. The kitchen was not well supplied - no spices - not even salt and pepper, all of the pots were on the smaller size, no wine glasses. The renters in the condo above us were noisy - sounded like they were moving furniture and walking with heavy shoes on. The street between us and the beach was very noisy with lots of traffic and people driving around with very loud music.

Great stay and location

We loved the location and condo. The view and corner room couldn’t have been better. Stairs right outside the room made it easy to access also. Beach access was great and very easy to come and go. Guys working the chairs on the beach were awesome and the chairs/umbrella coming with the unit is a huge plus. We enjoyed all the activity and people around the property also. We had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Great area for families with young children. There was some confusion with the "rules" or "policy " of LDVita and what beach chairs are reserved. Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice view of the ocean.

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the coffee maker and one of the showers. They replaced the coffee maker right away and came to fix the shower. I will book with them again. Very friendly and easy to work with!!!

Great view!

Great location and the condo is nice and cozy. Windows and balcony open up to an amazing ocean view. Everything was in good condition and the kitchen was nicely stocked. Beach is just across the street and comes with two chairs and an umbrella. Great for our two small dogs. We will come again. Thank you!

Room was clean and very nice. Beautiful view. Host was very pleasant and responsive to my questions. Master bath too small, pool too small, oven was broken, limited tv channels, no trash cans on property except for the disposals located at complete other end of parking lot.

Nice with Great View

Very nice condo with great views. Clean with comfortable beds. Two beach chairs and umbrella were included which we enjoyed. Walk to private beach is just across the street. The Maravilla complex is nice and is in a safe area. The heated pool and hot tub were great. Stayed in early April so unheated pool was not used but looked nice and clean.

Relaxing Stay

Above and beyond what we hoped for. Walked to dinner every night and afternoon for drinks and food. Loved the beach chair and umbrella set up too! Only complaint is the hot tub only had (2) out of (11) jets working! Fix the hot tub and it’s 5 stars all the way!

Answer to prayer

Our Son & Daughter-n-Law bought a house in Miramar Beach and it was to be ready to live in by a date.... not so..and we have two under two and a puppy with us... this was a great find / location was perfect..only a mile or so from the new house we were working on to get ready.. this place offered a great pool, beach access, view, it was clean and easy to access. Great find and they worked hard to allow us to check in an hour early... we had no where to go.. it was hot, and we just rode around for a couple of hours to stay cool and keep the babies occupied. Dog friendly was also a key factor... Thanks Everyone who made this happen for us!!

Loved IT

The view of the beach is spectacular from the living room to the Primary bedroom. Everything was clean and you could tell the bedding (sheets and towels) had been highly sanitized. Great access to the beach and it's very close to this condo. It's also close to the stairs and elevator. There isn't a "kiddie closet" so be prepared to bring or buy everything you will need. The crew on the beach always had the chairs and umbrella's set up very early and they all were very nice. The only downside to the beach was the cigarette smoke but the owners can't help that. We 110% will love to stay here again! We contacted Coastline for batteries for the remotes and had them brought to us promptly. We hope your visit is as great of a stay as our family had in this condo.
