Located in Destin’s Miramar Beach, Mainsail 351 is a vacation condo that sits overlooking the coastline, providing a perfect paradise setting. The condo has two bedrooms and two baths. It features a spacious floorplan, warm colors throughout, a Gulf-facing balcony, and access to resort amenities. Accommodating up to eight vacationers, it’s the perfect vacation rental for a family vacay or beach retreat with friends.

The open living area is bright and inviting, boasting natural light, coastal accents, and mirrored walls that accentuate the space. A dove gray couch and matching loveseat create a comfortable seating area. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The room also features a straw ottoman, decorative rug, rustic entertainment cabinet, wall-mounted TV, and beach décor. Glass doors open onto a cozy balcony, great for enjoying the tropical weather and stunning views. Outdoor tables and chairs offer a relaxed environment so you can sip your favorite drink, snack on tasty appetizers, forget your worries, and chat with your fellow guests. Back inside, white tile flooring continues from the living room to the dining area, which has a round country table and seating for six. A kitchen bar overlooks the dining area, providing a casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space.

The master suite welcomes its guests with a king-size bed, TV, and balcony access. It also has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest room has two twin beds that face a wall-mounted TV. Twin mini bunks offer additional sleeping accommodations.

When you’re not hanging out in the condo, be sure to take advantage of all the amenities the Mainsail Resort has to offer. First and foremost, it has boardwalk access to the beach, where you can spend hours and hours luxuriating under the hot sun and splashing in pristine emerald water. The resort also has a large swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, and large sundeck with grills. Besides the pool area, there are four tennis courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard courts.

With the condo’s convenient location in Miramar Beach, guests are close to so many places to visit and fun things to do. The Village of Baytowne Wharf has exciting activities during the day, as well as a great night scene. Grand Boulevard is an upscale shopping center with fabulous shops, restaurants, and even a movie theater. The nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets provides an awesome shopping experience with bargain rates. Of course, there is also HarborWalk Village to the west and Scenic Highway 30A to the east. Whatever you choose to do, you’re bound to have a good time when you stay at the Mainsail.

Parking is currently limited to one vehicle per unit; however, additional parking is available nearby at Silver Sands, with a complimentary on-demand shuttle provided by the HOA for added convenience.
