As you make your way through the front door of the property the natural light extends throughout the main living area. The spacious open concept living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, perfect for entertaining. Step outside to enjoy the serene bay views from your private screened patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. From the moment you enter you are mesmerized by the sweeping water views and sounds of lapping water.

This spacious townhome offers two primary suites and a guest bedroom. The first-floor primary suite features a king size bed and private entrance to the bathroom with a single sink vanity and tub/shower combination. Make your way upstairs to the second primary suite. This relaxing oasis offers a king size bed, a custom designed walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Relax on the private deck and soak up the sun as you take in the fresh air and gorgeous views. The second-floor guest bedroom offers a king size bed and features a single sink vanity and tub/shower combination.

Enjoy your days exploring the resort using the 6-passenger golf cart. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by golf cart or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian, bike and golf cart paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than seven miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa, and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian village, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, which features events throughout the year.

Smoking Prohibited. Neither the tenant, guest or any other person shall be allowed to smoke within the unit or on the premises. Smoking includes all types of cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, dipping tobacco, cannabis, or any federally prohibited drug in any form.

Cost to Repair Damages – Tenant/guest will be charged and responsible to pay $1,000 to cover costs to repair, clean, or replace any damage to the premises caused by prohibited smoking. Such property damage includes, but is not limited to carpets, floors, tiles, walls, ceilings, doors, screens, windows, blinds, drapes and furniture.

Sandestin Beach Access Update-
Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.
