  • Hovedsoverommet har en king size seng og en ny flatskjerm-tv. Det er en full bad (dusj / badekar) combo sluttet til master. Gangen har to køyesenger gjemt pent, grenser til et annet bad med dusj og en stabel-stand vaskemaskin / tørketrommel.

    Gå inn i åpent kjøkken, spisestue og stue, og det er din millioner dollar! Slapp av på balkongen, og nyte en av de få ett soverom i Majestic Sun med vidt Eastern utsikt. Du vil ikke ønske å forlate!

    Majestic Sun er en fantastisk bygning med flotte fasiliteter, inkludert et innendørs / utendørs basseng som er oppvarmet i vintermånedene. Du og din familie kan fortsatt nyte en svømmetur hvis du har hatt for mye sol eller ønsker å komme bort fra en regnfull ettermiddag. Majestic Sun har også 2 badestamper, en bukt som vender treningssenter og deeded tilgang til stranden.

    Vårt kontor ligger i første etasje av Majestic Sun så vi er her for alle dine behov, enten du ønsker anbefalinger for fiske charterturer, golf, eller restauranter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this unit for 4 days for Sun Sand and Soul. Beds were very comfortable, choice of coffee pot or Keurig for morning coffee, 2 bathrooms, and a spectacular view of the beach and gulf from the verandah. Easy check in and check out. Staff responsive via text with any questions or concerns. I’d definitely stay here again

A Little Disapponted

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is across the street from the beach and is in a great location. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. When we entered the unit the floor had not been cleaned. I understand this is the beach and sand gets everywhere however I would expect for the place to be completely clean when we check in. There was a broom and mop in the closet so we just cleaned it ourselves. On the second night the door lock jammed and we could not enter. It was after 10PM and we contacted the on call property manager, he was there to help us within about 20 minutes however the problem was not fixed and he was not sure what happened or how he was able to get the door unlocked. The same issue happened again the following morning and we were locked inside this time. It took about 10 minutes of working with the lock to get it unjammed. This continued to happen throughout our stay. I reported the issue again and was assured someone would come to the unit and repair or replace the lock. No one ever came and we just had to deal with the lock each time it jammed. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed before the unit is rented again. I understand things happen and break but since the issue was not corrected during our stay we will not be back.

My twin brother and his family had the adjoining condo (doors can be opened or not, like adjoining hotel rooms). It was a wonderful time for all our kids. The pull out sofa and built-in bunks were great for accomodatimg all of us. We'll definitely stay here again when we're back in the Destin or 30A area. Glass Casa was very helpful, too! My husband left his driver's license at home and we were able to overnight it to the office. It arrived before we did and the staff were great about helping us out. They went above and beyond!

I like that the vacuum was left in the condo so that we could clean up the floor. I would have liked another loveseat or couch and maybe a smaller dining table. There was only room for three out of four of us to sit comfortably at any one time. I also would have liked to have mats at the front and back doors to wipe our feet. Overall, pleased with the stay and had a wonderful vacation.

The mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and the king bed was pretty worn out. The ironing board needs to be replaced. Also, the pool hours should be extended considering the cost to stay Majestic Sun. That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I get two weeks a year vacation and was really looking forward to some relaxing time off. We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

The Master Bedroom closet doors were off their tracks, so the closet couldn't be used. 2. The original microwave door (over the stove) was broken and taped shut. There was another microwave on the counter, for our use, but that microwave took up valuable countertop space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time on the Florida Panhandle, WOW what a surprise. So beautiful beach and felt like the ocean with no ships. Condo was clean and well supplied. with the exception that it could be updated, both kitchen and living room. Balcony was great as well as the pools and exercise room and the water aerobics class were an excellent surprise for me, We leave happy and relaxed plus the price was a nice surprise.

The only issue was where to park once we arrived but the front desk was a great help!

Wonderful Week At The Beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After reading some of the reviews of the condos at Majestic Sun, I was a little skeptical about staying there. I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!
