Great spot!

Great amenites! Great proximity to the beach and restaurants! King bed was super comfy! The cleanest floors I've ever had at a beach rental. Doesn't get much better than this!

Another nice trip at Miramar/Majestic Sun

Early check-in by 2 hours!! This is a rare bonus (although this trip we were later than original 4pm check-in time but it was appreciated nonetheless). I have now stayed twice at Majestic. First time staying in building B. Bldg B has shops and easy exit to beach without walking through pool area. Elevators all worked in bld B. Parkiing is better in bldg A because you can park in 3 level that connects skywalk to elevators. Room by elevator and trash chute. This unit is smaller. Door is tricky to lock but once figured out it is easy (pull door handle when leaving cont. to hold and press lock 🔒). Vanities are too small in bathrooms. No room for makeup, hair stuff, not even straightener. Fan light combos in bathrooms and fans are not optional and are loud!! Couch is not big enough or comfortable. Fridge is loud. No water dispenser. Ice tastes weird. No room darkening drapes in living room and not made for or sized for window. Cheap extra furniture. Main bed is very nice and comfortable. Not much room in bedroom. Clean unit. No bugs. Tvs were on and set up. Perfect wi-fi. Perfect location. Good balcony without seeing into or into other balconies but could’ve had a lounge chair. No full length mirror. Good AC. No problems. Enjoyed stay. I would stay again if price was right.

It was clean, well kept, comfortable and convenient. The building itself is in the perfect location, literally right across the street from the beach. I found it odd that there wasn't an entertainment center in the living room for the cable box. All in all it was an amazing vacation. So much so that we are looking to buy a condo here :)

The location of this condo is perfect and the staff working for the management company were very friendly and professional. The first night we had 6 adults staying... The kind bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the pullout sleeper sofa felt like a typical sleep sofa... "Lumpy" and the twin bunks aren't the best for adults but I am sure they would be great for kids. The view was magnificent! All you see from inside this condo is the ocean! It's beautiful. Location was awesome!! Love the bike/running path right in front of it. Great restaraunts near it and took advantage of the outlet mall 1 mile away. Will definitely be back next year! Thank you Destin Palms Vacations for a great getaway!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting at Majestic Sun. It is a great location with fantastic unobstructed views. Quick and easy access to the white sandy beaches, convenient distance to many restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed to make our stay a comfortable, relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. This unit could use some room darkening shades in the master bedroom to help dim the light that shines into the bedroom window from the entryway during the evening hours. Also the patio door was quite difficult to open and close. The booking staff from Destin Palms were very professional and helpful and made our booking process quick, smooth and pleasant. Destin is a wonderful beach vacation spot to come relax and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the turquoise waters. Everywhere that we have visited in Destin we have found the people to be very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a super visit!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Building and unit were extremely noisy. Building is concrete so everything echo's in addition the main bedroom for this unit is directly adjacent to the elevator lobby. You hear nothing but noise all night long especially since only 2 of 3 elevators worked. View was nice though unable to open the sliding door. Maintenance tried but only worked for that day. Spent more nights on the sofa bed than the actual bed. Very disappointed for the price paid.
