There are granite and quartz countertops throughout, new furniture, remodeled bathrooms, and many other extras. All the rooms include porcelain tile floors. The deck features pub-height patio furniture to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The living room features a new sectional sofa sleeper, an armchair, a coffee table, and a 55-inch wall-mounted TV over a matching armoire. The kitchen is brightly lit with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is well equipped if you are interested in cooking your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a laundry room with an HD washer and dryer. In the dining area is a table for six diners and four bar stools for more casual dining or snacking at the kitchen countertop. Each bedroom is decorated with nice furniture and matching decor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, a dresser, a chest of drawers, a reading chair, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted TV. The primary bathroom is newly remodeled with a large walk-in fully tiled shower, special vanity with double sinks, and a well-lit separate make-up room. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space. The guest bedroom provides two full-size beds, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and an adjoining remodeled bathroom with a quartz vanity countertop and a tiled walk-in shower. The TVs in each room are complemented by a blu ray/DVD player. This condo will provide you with a truly memorable and unique experience at the Crescent!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
