Your stay includes two parking passes for the resort, ensuring you have a dedicated space during your visit. For air travel, the closest major hub is Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport, which is approximately a thirty to forty minute drive from the property. While there is limited public transportation in the immediate vicinity, ride sharing services are readily available to help you navigate to nearby restaurants, golf courses, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets with ease.

Please note that check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is at 10:00 a.m. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condominium and pets are not allowed. To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m. Your stay includes two parking passes and access to the resort amenities via the provided wristbands which must be worn during your stay. We kindly ask that you keep the unit in good condition and dispose of trash appropriately.
