    1350 Ravens Run har en perfekt beliggenhet i det pittoreske området Laurel Grove på Sandestin® Resort. Laurel Grove klubbhus, som ligger innen lett gangavstand, har et glitrende blått svømmebasseng (sesongoppvarmet), boblebad, et treningsrom og et komplett kjøkken med et utendørs grillingområde. Det er flere dammer på Laurel Grove egnet for fangst og frigjøre fiske. En rask golf cart tur gjennom feriestedet tar deg rett til den vakre sandstranden. Sandestin® Resort tilbyr også tennis, golf, restauranter, shopping, turstier, sykkelstier og aktiviteter for mange å liste!

    Våre romslige familierom er designet med tregulv, cushy sofaer, en stor flatskjerm-TV med DVD-spiller, og ekstra sitteplasser for gjester. Med 1643 kvadratmeter er det god plass til alle. Nyt å lage mat til familien din i vårt fullt utstyrte kjøkken, eller pust opp et måltid ute på gassgrillen. Slapp av og nyt litt tid på utend��rs wraparound verandaen.

    Det romslige hovedsoverommet er beleilig plassert i hovedetasjen, og tilbyr en king size-seng med en minne skum madrass, en flatskjerm-TV, og tilgang til wraparound veranda. Bare noen få skritt unna finner du masterbadet med badekar og separat dusj. Også ligger i hovedetasjen er det andre soverommet med en king size-seng, flatskjerm-TV / DVD-spiller, og et gjestebad med stor dusj. Ovenpå loft sover komfortabelt 6 gjester med en full seng, en køyeseng (full på bunnen, tvilling på toppen, og en tvilling trille), pluss en flatskjerm-TV / DVD-spiller. We’ve stayed in Sandestin several times and always enjoy the area and the conveniences. This unit was perfect for our family. It was very clean and just the right amount of room for my husband, myself and our two adult children. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

The house was incredibly inviting and charming. Our family loved coming back to it every time we went to the beach or out to eat. We explored the entire Sandestin resort, and we were so glad we picked the Laurel Grove area. It is quiet, picturesque, and relaxing. The pool was large for the neighborhood, and getting to Publix, Baytowne, Grand Blvd shops, and the beach on the golf carts was awesome. The golf carts were a huge hit. We will never come back to Sandestin without use of golf carts. We had a problem with the windshield of our golf cart, (which was our fault), and the property managers were prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful place!

The home was cozy and the perfect size and space for our family of four, with room to spare. The location is perfect for enjoying the pool and hot tub a mere minutes walk from the house. The pool was heated and perfect for cooler weather conditions. My family was excited to have a golf cart and found we did t need our vehicle while there. Having two carts was a bonus. A fun and safe travel and vacation experience with excellent communication from the property management/owners of the home.

Great beach vacation!

We had a great time and loved the 2 golf carts! We loved the easy access to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, and the grocery store. The house was clean and we also enjoyed the large porch.

This is a great neighborhood

We would definitely stay here again. The location is great and we felt safe letting our children play in the neighborhood and at the pool. Property management addressed our small maintenance problem very quickly.

Beach & Quiet all in One!

This house was perfect for our group of 7! The golf carts were perfect for getting around to the Bayside Warf and to/from the beach. We really enjoyed the wrap around porch and how quiet it was in the evenings. We grilled a couple meals on the porch and then went out using the golf carts. Highly recommend!

Amazing time!!

House was everything as advertised. We had a very relaxing time, lounging around the house. Golf carts were a big plus getting around the property and shopping. Getting to the beach from house was less than a 10 min. drive. Neighbors were freindly and helpful. We definately will be back!!

Great place for a family vacation

We stayed for a week during our fall break and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family of 5 with 3 kids and in-laws. Having the golf carts was so key, but super convenient. We were able to easily get to dinner at the wharf, the beach, and the bigger pool when the neighborhood one was closed for some time. The location is great, one downside is having instructions for how to get to the beach would have been nice. Thankfully we ran into some old friends who were familiar with the area and told us how. It’s not walking distance, but again being able to pile everything into the golf cart and drive was convenient. There was one evening when we first tried to wash clothes that the dryer wasn’t drying, but we put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the next morning. I was super pleased and happy we could wash clothes and beach towels as needed and return home with no dirty clothes. We would reconcile and stay again, the neighborhood was beautiful, quaint and quiet. Having access to the bikes was nice for a morning ride and the rooms and bathrooms were great. The only downside was the fitted sheet on the bed in the non primary bedroom downstairs is too small and kept popping off on both sides during the middle of the night, but we worked with it for the week.

We have stayed at Laurel Cove for many years and we love the community. This home was much nicer than most. But with all rental properties, it could use a little TLC. The hall bath vanity faucet is loose. There is stain on the carpet at the top of the stairs. LVP flooring would be better suited for rental property. The second floor bedroom stayed warmer than the rest of the home. The kitchen needs new knives, needs more silverware and containers for leftovers. Other than that we were very pleased with this home. The biggest issue staying at Laurel Cove is parking. The parking for golf carts sets precedents over the parking for automobiles. Which means if you bring more than one car you will have to park at the overflow at the pool area providing the limited spaces are not taken. Should this happen you will also need to have some one to taxi you back and forth. You are not allowed to park on the street and you are not allowed to park the golf carts beside the driveway nor on the street. The most logical solution would be for the owners to provide a smaller parking area at each home just large enough for the golf carts. That way it would be obvious where the golf carts should be parked and provide more parking for automobiles. We did notice that a couple of the homes had smaller parking areas just for the golf carts. The parking dilemma can prove to be a bit stressful. Please be aware there are permanent residents who police the area daily.

House is very comfortable and we will probably book this one again next year! One bit of info to add....bikes are NOT usable. They are in very poor condition and cannot be ridden! Not sure if this is an issue because of the owner or rental company?? Overall though, extremely happy with this rental!

Awesome place

Golf carts worked and I loved how everything was in walking distance or was just a short golf cart ride away, including the grocery store/shopping and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that I wish there had been a map to show us how to get to the beach from the house but after asking a few nice people we found our way! My teenagers ( 2 -17 year old boys and 19 year old daughter) loved the golf cart and the freedom it gave them to roam just as much as we did. Having two golf carts was amazing! Lots of ponds to fish in as well along the golf course. If you are thinking of trying out this area DO IT! You won’t be disappointed. Bring beach towels and trash bags from home if you can!

The property was very nice and well stocked. We did experience an issue with one of the golf carts that was remedied promptly by the Property Management.
