The beautiful South Walton beaches are a short drive away, making beach days easy and stress‑free. Centrally positioned between Destin and 30A, the area puts you close to countless attractions, outdoor activities, and scenic coastal experiences—from championship golf courses to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park just 2.7 miles away. With so much nearby, there’s truly something here for everyone.



Living Area:

Stepping inside, you’re welcomed by cozy, comfortable spaces designed for relaxing and recharging—whether you’re cooling off after time in the sun or settling in for a quiet evening. The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind with a movie night or your favorite shows, featuring a smart TV along with inviting sofa and armchair seating that make it easy to relax together.



Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for everything from quick snacks to home‑cooked meals, featuring stainless steel appliances—including a refrigerator and oven—along with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and ample cabinetry for storage, plus generous counter space for meal prep. Start your mornings with the drip coffee pot, or easily prepare meals throughout the day with all the everyday essentials at hand. Gather around the dining table for shared meals, games, or planning the day ahead, or keep things relaxed at the counter with seating for three—perfect for casual bites or a cup of coffee.



Balcony:

Just off the living room, you’ll find yourself stepping out onto the balcony, a peaceful outdoor retreat featuring a bistro table with seating for two—perfect for enjoying wooded views, sipping your morning coffee, or unwinding at the end of the day.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1: features a queen‑size bed, smart TV, and dresser for clothing storage, along with a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom that connects to the living area and includes a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2: features a comfortable queen‑size bed and a twin‑over‑twin bunk bed. The room also offers two spacious closets for added storage and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo for privacy and convenience.



Community Amenities:

Guests have access to a community pool, perfect for cooling off or relaxing after a day at the beach. The on‑site fitness center makes it easy to stay active during your stay, and shared charcoal grills are available for outdoor cooking and casual meals. These amenities add comfort and flexibility, giving guests great options for both relaxation and recreation throughout their visit.



Trash & Disposal

For your convenience, the community dumpster is located on the south end of the parking lot, making it easy to dispose of trash during your stay. Please ensure all garbage is properly bagged and placed inside the dumpster to help keep the community clean and enjoyable for everyone.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for 2 vehicles. No golf carts, campers, or boat trailers allowed.

• This is a 3rd floor unit, no elevator available.

• Baby stroller, beach wagon, and grocery wagon provided for use.

• Guest Age & Presence Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

• For your convenience, the home is stocked with an initial set of fresh linens and towels.

• High‑speed Wi‑Fi throughout the condo.

• While there is no ice maker in the condo, ice cube trays are provided so you can easily make ice during your stay.



Cleaning Supplies: While cleaning chemicals are not provided during your stay, each home is equipped with basic tools for your convenience, including a vacuum, mop, mop bucket, broom, and dustpan. If you prefer to use specific cleaning products, you’re welcome to bring your own. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.



A Note on Kitchen Supplies: For sanitary reasons and to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, the home does not provide consumable kitchen items such as seasonings, cooking oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or food storage bags. We recommend bringing any items you plan to use during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



Essentials & Guidebook:

We provide a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. In each bathroom, you’ll find travel-size body wash, body bar, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and two rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen, we include one sponge, one roll of paper towels, travel-size liquid dish detergent, one packet of dishwasher detergent, and two trash bags per trash can. We also provide one packet of powdered laundry detergent. For longer stays or if you need more, nearby stores make restocking easy.
