After days of sun and fun, relax on the private furnished balcony offering tranquil, tree-lined views. Bright and inviting, the home comes well-equipped for modern comfort with central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Prepare a meal in the well-equipped full kitchen to enjoy at the dining table for three and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option.

Lasata is in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a renowned entertainment area packed with unique shops and dining options and the host of numerous outdoor events. The beach is accessible right from the resort grounds, maximizing the time you can spend on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Guests of this home will also have access to the complex's numerous shared amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool, gym, 15 tennis courts, and three golf courses. Tram passes are provided.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
