During your stay at this beachside studio you will have full and private access to your comfortable living space and balcony. Beyond your studio you have complete access to the wide range of Surfside Resort amenities including the sparkling outdoor pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the fully equipped fitness center. Please note that you must register with the front desk upon arrival to receive your parking passes, amenity codes, and the necessary amenity bands required by the homeowners association for access to these facilities. The resort also features convenient on site dining, a spa, and a salon for you to enjoy throughout your visit.

Getting Around:

Getting to our beachside retreat is most convenient by car, as the Miramar Beach area is best explored with your own vehicle. Upon arrival at Surfside Resort, please head to the front desk to register and collect your parking passes, which are required for your stay. For those flying in, the Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is approximately a forty minute drive from our location. While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, having a car allows you to easily reach nearby attractions like Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons at your own pace.

Welcome to your coastal retreat! Please note that Surfside Resort is a condominium building—not a hotel—and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.

As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer. ⚠️ Important Climate & Safety Rule: Please keep patio doors completely closed at all times. Leaving them open allows coastal humidity to create heavy condensation indoors, causing the walls and floors to become wet, which creates an immediate slip hazard.
