Outside of the beautiful view from the windows, I wouldn’t recommend this rental to anyone. The check in process is confusing with little direction from host which made for a frustrating arrival late at night. Anytime you ask the host a question you get a generic AI like response that just points you to the front desk even for simple items like TV issues which the front desk has no knowledge on, front desk directs you to the host and host directs you to front desk so you have no one to actually answer questions. This unit has no golf cart which is 100% needed in this resort, you’re unable to rent a golf cart from anywhere else. Listing says “moments away from everything” which we interpreted as walking distance but it’s a 5-7 min drive. Pool in beachside tower II doesn’t allow music. Provided beach chair in unit was broken, cabinets were stuck together, outlets loose in wall, faucet loose, batteries dead in remote, has keurig with no provided k cups etc.. for 3500 you would think there would be a little more provided and communicated throughout stay. Someone also accessed our room without permission to drop of linens without us asking, which is great but should let someone know when you’re going to come into the room. This resort is huge and based on conversations without other vacationers, this host is abnormal and lacks communication so of all the units available I would choose a different one then this.
