Cozy up in a warm, comfortable setting with flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The condo has a washer/dryer, secure WIFI connection along with a Smart DVD Player and Cable TV.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The master bath has a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, along with low bunks providing easier access for our youngest guests. The second bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of the soft white powdery sand and clear emerald-green waters just steps away from the condo. Our beach was voted the #1 Best Beach in the nation by Southern Living magazine! Seasonal daily chair rentals are offered along the resort's 600 ft. of private beach. The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the onsite Ocean Club Restaurant. It's conveniently located near top-rated shopping and dining options in the area like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. The resort is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps from the powdery white, sandy beaches. Individuals under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on premises. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We require one parent for every two individuals under the age of 25. A PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
