Beach Chic 1 Bedroom Condo with Bunks and Private Deeded Beach Access. Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! This unit is located on the second floor overlooking the heated pool, hot tub, and Grilling/Picnic area. There is also a second pool within the complex and the private beach accesse is located a few steps across the street. No more hunting for a parking space or fighting for space on the beach. Beach Service is also available.

Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.

We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

Good price for location

Rental property fit what my family and I wanted. 50 yards and you’re on the beach. Easy access, clean and it was stocked with more items than a $10k rental property my family rented right around the corner. I was satisfied with this rental.

Home away from home

The owners are awesome!! They are very responsive and informative!! The property was clean and comfortable! It is located across the street from the beach and minutes away from the outlets and restaurants! We enjoyed every minute and will be staying here in the future!!

Great Beach condo

Equipped with everything!

This unit was equipped with everything we needed! From 2 beach towels to a small cooler, beach chairs, to coffee, extra batteries for the keyless entry lock &etc. The check in process was seamless. The owner was easy to contact & pleasant to talk to, although we had no issues during our stay. I a love the short walk to the beach (across the street with private access). The pool & hot tub was a nice way to end the day. This unit was exactly as described. Our stay was very comfortable & seamless. I would suggest checking in before going to Walmart to stock-up. The balcony does not have much of a view. That really wasn’t an issue for us due to our busy days. I would definitely recommend this unit. I appreciate the attention to details to make sure that guest enjoy their stay.

Great trip

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. The private beach access is just across the street which is very convenient. We had 1 minor issue with the door lock system. The owner was responsive & the issue was resolved within a few hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location

Our stay at Beach Chic was wonderful! The condo was clean and had everything our family needed. You also can’t beat the accessible private beach that doesn’t get too crowded. When we needed them, the owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be making stays here a family tradition!

Spring Break in Miramar Beach

The location was perfect-- right across the street from the beach-- and the apartment was very comfortable. Above all, the hosts were phenomenal. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Unlike some other hosts, they understand the meaning of hospitality and truly care about the comfort of their guests. A lovely vacation experience.

Fall break getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We have rented at Gulfview at least ten times and this was the most well appointed unit we have stayed in. The owners thought of almost everything from treats to hand soap and sanitizer to little extras like aluminum foil and zip loc bags. It was very nice and added to our experience. We would certainly recommend this unit. Very clean, comfortable and inviting!

Amazing!

This place was awesome! Easily communicated with the host, even let me know ASAP about a mishap with maybe the water being shut off due to pipe busting in another neighborhood (it wasn’t which was awesome). There was convenient things left in the apartment for us to use and the across the road access to the beach was amazing! Everything was clean, fully stocked and made our week that much easier! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!!

The condo is decorated really nicely. It came stocked with everything you could need other than groceries. The location is close to everything and a very short walk to the beach. Great spot

We had a really great stay. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need (towels, kitchen items, etc). The complex itself is not super fancy, but has a really good family friendly vibe. This is what we were looking for. There were lots of families there, kids playing at the pool, etc. There are two pools. Access to the beach is really convenient, just a quick walk across the street. It's also close to Pompano Joe's, and we went there one night which was fun! The owner was prompt in answering all my questions and seems really nice. I recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised

When we first pulled up we were honestly a little taken back because it’s not what we had expected. But the inside was beautiful and the owner left gifts and you could tell she cared about our stay. Everyone we met at the pool, walking around or just saw in passing were super nice. We also went to Gulf Shores and Port Aransas and this by far blew every other place out of the water. We would 100% come back and stay!

Great Beach Getaway

Perfect for an affordable family beach vacation. We are a family of six, and we found the condo to be a perfect cozy size. It was conveniently located across the street from the private beach access, and directly above the pool. We would stay here again and would recommend it to other families with children of all ages. It was very clean, and furnished with all the essentials.

Owners go above and beyond

The owners of this condo go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Treats and extras in fridge and pantry on arrival, supplies that are not normally on hand provided (kitchen tools, spices, beach towel, plenty of toilet paper, etc). I had one issue with noise late at night and the owner was immediately responsive and whoever she called did a good job of taking care of it. Great place to stay!!!
