Lounge about the luxurious resort pool (heated) and enjoy the private beach access. When you are feeling sporty, there are tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts on-site. ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration:

Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony

restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning

October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 .

During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various

points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be

temporarily moved inside the units for safety.
