~ THE SPACE ~
"Coastal Castaway" is a ground floor condo that has been updated with granite counters, brand new bathrooms, new flooring, new living room furniture and coastal chic decor throughout! The living room features a new 65" smart flat screen TV, a brand new sofa with queen size sleeper and egg chair with walk out to the private patio. The open concept dining / kitchen area has table seating for 4 and bar area with seating for 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware for all of your dining needs. It also offers a Keurig Duo coffee maker, a dual slice toaster and blender.

The master king suite offers a wall mounted flat screen TV and access to the patio. The brand new private bathroom has been fully remodeled with a floor to ceiling tile step in shower, new water efficient toilet, specialty vanity and new flooring. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom is conveniently right around the corner and has been fully remodeled with a new bathtub, custom tile bathtub surround, new water efficient toilet and specialty vanity. Each bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a cosmetic cloth and a hair dryer for your convenience. The "Coastal Castaway" laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for guest use, a ironing board and clothing iron.

On the back patio the is a Polywood furniture set with dining table for 4 and adirondacks for 2. Our locked beach equipment box has 4 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use!

"Coastal Castaway" is about 350 feet, a 1 minute walk from the beach gate leading you to the soft white sands and breathtaking emerald gulf water. Walk 1 minute the other direction and you will be at the seasonally heated pool. This amazing location is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This is hands down, one of the best spots for your beach vacation! Our condo is only a few hundred feet from the gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald waters in Miramar Beach! The community is overflowing with amenities including a private beach, a *seasonally heated swimming pool, 2 tennis courts with lighting, an outdoor grilling station and an outdoor rinse off area.

Located off Scenic Highway 98, "Coastal Castaway" is right in the center of the original beach cruising spot in South Walton, Miramar Beach and the Destin area. This road offers a side paved path is perfect for biking, jogging or a wonderful beachside stroll. The path runs right across from the gulf offering expansive views of the coastline. It's also a local favorite for sunsets walks. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's Restaurant, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, banana boat rides and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well. The area is full of unique restaurants and fresh seafood and few fund finds are walkable. There are always extra special excursions you can book such as deep sea fishing or pontoon boat rentals for crab island.
