    Alerio D302 er et tre-roms, to fulle badenheter i tredje etasje i Alerio-komplekset i Miramar Beach, Florida. Dette er i tillegg til to gratis strandstoler og en paraply.

    Denne enheten har en king-suite med eget bad, i tillegg til et dronningslokale og et køyerom med et sett med fulle over fulle køyer. Den sovende totalen for eiendommen er åtte og køyesenget og dronningen soverommet deler et komplett bad utenfor stuen. Across the street from the beach, easy access, gated/safe condo complex, walking distance to shops/restaurants/outlet mall, safe area. Clean condo, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen appliances and the ocean is viewable from the balcony.

Host mentions it has a gulf view. The only gulf view that you can see, is in between other condos that are in front of the property and there’s a light pole as well. So, NO gulf view. Not worth it if you want an ACTUAL gulf view. Also, one of the bedrooms has the A/C unit in the closet which can caused lack of sleep for our child. Kids/light sleepers won’t be able to sleep because it is very noisy and inconvenient. Not worth it and won’t be booking again.

Loved the Keurig, master bath, responsive property manager and cleaning crew. So convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful place to stay

The property is beautiful. The beach access is right across the street. The pool is a good size and the hot tub is great. This is in a perfect location with great beach access and close to restaurants and activities for the family.

Noise

The property and location was great. The one problem was you could hear the neighbors above. Walking, kids running until 2-3 in the morning and could hear some of their conversations which kept use awake. The floors were pretty but maybe some kind of sound barrier would help

Destin 2024

Comfy, clean and roomy, close to beaches & walking to small shopping areas. Be prepared to drive to restaurants, grocery stores. Didn’t feel it was stocked enough for people flying in. ex: spices, salt/pepper, cooking spray, bath/beach towels, garbage bags, soap, tissues etc 2 out of 3 bedrooms could use more storage for clothes. Be aware: could have noisy upstairs neighbors 🙂 Other than that loved the area, beautiful water - beautiful beaches! Great beach bar a little down the road!

Location was good, right across the street from the beach. The property manager was good, we needed a new broom and dustpan while we were there and they got it to us in hours. Overall the stay was pretty good. Most of the issues we encountered were out of the control of the owner or manager. I would suggest adding some towel racks, especially in the bathrooms to hang them up. The shower heads are terrible and barely have any water pressure. Took my wife and kids almost 30/40 minutes for every shower just so they could get all the soap out their hair. The 2 guest bedrooms needs dressers or armoires or somewhere better to put clothing besides a night stand and tv console. The kitchen is decently stocked but if you need spices or condiments make sure you bring them. Didn’t even have salt and pepper. The worst part of the trip for us, and I should have known better having stayed in these condos before, the walls are paper thin! There were young children above us who woke us up every morning at 6am running from one side of the condo to the other. Then again from 11-12 at night. I don’t think they ever slept. You can hear normal volume conversations from the left and right neighbors too. If you stay here make sure it’s a corner unit on the 4th floor or plan on not getting any sleep

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself has a great location. There is only 1 parking space for 8 grown guest with vehicles and they make u park around the corner at Geronimo RV park for 25 cash daily or 30 credit. The furniture was horrendous and the sheets were poorly washed and leaked of **** stains. Will be calling VRBO about this. I took plenty of pictures. Also 4 wash clothes n 4 rags for 8 human beings to bathe. 1 trash bag.

Not worth it

Pros: close walk to beach and shopping Cons: You can hear every foot step from the unit above. Literally sounded like horses running non stop. More towels are needed in the master bedroom. Only 3 large bath towels, 2 hand towels and 3 wash cloths. We had to wash towels just to have more everyday. The unit does not have a single full length mirror. That would have been nice to have. Also, there are no hooks in master bathroom to hang towels. You also need somewhere close to the shower in master bathroom to place your towels or clothes. There was not anywhere to set those items while you shower. If you needed a place to set something you just had to set it on the bath tub. Finally, the master bath needs a new shower head. The shower head is way too small for the shower. Parking is also an issue that management cannot control. The overall stay was “ok” at best. The garbage disposal had to be replaced, but continues to leak in a bowl under the kitchen sink. We have stayed at the Alerio the last three years and this was by far the worse condo we have stayed at.

Keep looking trust me!!

We have been going to Destin for the last 8 years. This stay was the worse by far. The unit was not cleaned to a satisfactory condition. The showers and tubs had mold in them had to completely change the shower curtains to help with some of the smell. The toilets had no water pressure and would not flush. The floor was never mopped and left all our socks black. I have no way to describe the furniture. The couches had no firmness and could feel the springs from wear and tear. But the biggest complaint is that you can really tell the units are not serviced and well taken care of by the property manager. If I was the owner of this unit, I would be pissed on how the booking agents handle my property. I will say this the location and the commute to the beach is great. The pool is way to small for this many units. You can really only have 20 people in pool at a time. You have assigned parking. If you care about your vehicle, you can not move to another space to protect it. The parking spaces are tight. Also we saw the security parking attendant leaning and lying on the vehicles paint to inspect parking passes every 4 hrs. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door. Like I said in my title, Keep Looking. Destin is a great place to vacation, just not at this location.

The condo must not have been insulated well because you could hear people in adjacent condos (beside and above). Above neighbors let their children run and it literally shook our ceiling.

June 2023 Stay

Upon arrival the condo was clean with the exception of some spilt powder detergent and underwear between the dryer and the wall. My biggest complaint was no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels or swimsuits. The pool is very small so if you want pool time, I would go elsewhere. The complimentary beach chair service was very nice!
