På Tides @ Tops'l. Hvis du aldri har gjort veien til Tops'l, vet du ikke hva du mangler. Dette stedet har alt. Vakker strand. Faktisk vurdert best av Southern Living. Og hvis du ikke kan stole på dem som kan du stole på. Utrolig utsikt. Nær golf.

Tides er en del av Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort, som er smellet i midten av 52 vakkert anlagte hektar grenser til Mexicogolfen og Topsail Hill State Preserve. WOW! Det er 600 meter private sandstrender. Det er massevis av ting å gjøre her, med dagens aktiviteter og natteliv i nærliggende Sandestin og andre nevnte samfunn i vest, og et naturreservat for ro og ensomhet i øst. Tops'l gir det beste fra begge verdener.

Og hvis det ikke var nok, er Silver Sands Outlet Mall, en av de største i USA, mindre enn 5 minutter unna. Sandestins populære Baytowne Wharf ligger rett over gaten til vest med butikker, utmerkede restauranter og underholdning på bukta. Konserter på onsdager og familiefilmer på torsdager er populære familieutflukter på plenen på Wharf. Sandestins nylig utviklede Grand Boulevard Town Center, i nærheten av øst, har eksklusiv shopping og mange gode restaurantalternativer. Det er så mye å gjøre her, du vil ikke kunne passe det inn i en ukes ferie. Så opphold to!

Property is great. We love Tops’l ( The Tides building ) but this unit is dated and needing repairs / upkeep. Kitchen cabinet broken, mold and rust in master shower and bathrooms. Not sure when it was occupied or cleaned last. Dead bird on the patio furniture had been there a while. No curtain in livingroom ( I didn’t notice this in photos prior to booking ) was a little odd. People seeing in at night made us little uncomfortable. Host was prompt to reply via app during booking and prior to check in answered questions we had.

Beautiful Views

Our family enjoyed this lovely 2nd floor condo’s beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The beds were comfortable. Quick access to the beach and amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks: couch has dirty upholstery, cooking pans need replacing, coffee filters should be standard.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Access and room location 5***** For as much as we spent with all the added extra costs for 5 days, I think The condo definitely needs updating though. Needs a coat of New paint, And furniture in the kitchen and living room needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very dirty. Bedrooms nice size with 2 separate bathrooms. Nice size condo for whole family. Could sleep 7/8 people. One bedroom kings size bed with private bath, the other has a futon full size bunk bed With an extra twin bed in room. 4 out of 5 stars, we would definitely go back just for location and that condo is on 2nd floor, With a beautiful view.

Great location!

We loved the location of the condo - the beach and water were beautiful! We loved being on the second floor overlooking the pools and had a great view of the beach for our morning coffee. Kitchen definitely needs to be stocked with essentials- dishes, silverware, cooking pans/sheets were very minimal. Washing machine probably needs to be updated - VERY loud and impossible to sleep if you run a load before bedtime. Overall stay was great! Would just recommend a few updates.

DISTRESSED, and need refreshed ASAP

My family and I have been staying in this resort for 12 years now...all very good experiences, although this one was a little rough for the premium paid. What you can't see in the photos is all of the furniture is stained/dirty. Bunk Beds make an awful creaking sound anytime you barely move ( my boys struggled to sleep because it was so loud). The kitchen was under-equipped to do any cooking or baking, and what they did have in the way of cooking utensils was absolute garbage. The washer and dryer combo is shot, barely drained the water a couple of times( had re-run two loads), and was SO LOUD. All of the hot water valves were turned to half off, so I went around and turned them all the way on... for what we all pay to stay here, I expect to have full hot water and pressure while here. Owners, invest in your properties; it will pay off in the end, and possibly not get you reviews like this one.

Lovely Property, As Always

I've stayed on the premises multiple times and it was great as always. My only reason for not rating 5 stars is that the WiFi password did not work and I received no response on my multiple inquiries to the host regarding it.

Another great week at Tops’l

Beautiful property. Unit was clean, and updated. The only issue was that the pool fob was not in the room, and we were told previous guests had taken it home with them. We were not given a new one, which we thought was not right considering it was part of the amenities we were looking forward to using.

Will stay again

I was concerned after reading some of the other reviews. BUT we had a great experience here. Loved the proximity to the pools and beach. Our view would've been slightly better 1 or 2 floors up but we could still see the ocean plenty and preferred having the pools close so we could easily speak to each other from the balcony to the pool when needed. Property was clean. Yes some furnishings were not our style but we weren't there to sit inside so it didnt bother us at all. The key fob for the upper pool was not in the condo but the Property Manager we texted was very responsive and got us a new one right away. They were fast a polite. Note, there is no hot tub. But 2 nice pools and a kiddie pool. One con was that I could not find a broom only a vacuum. That was a bit frustrating bc of all the sand we tracked in. I didnt want to hook up the vacuum each time so a broom wouldve been nice. It's a minor thing and wouldn't keep us from returning.

Good condo, great location!

We loved our vacation at this condo. The location on the 2nd floor was great, we didn’t have to wait for the elevator every day. I wouldn’t recommend this condo for anyone with smaller children as there is no kid friendly kitchenware: plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc. Overall great space! The resort is incredible and the beaches are gorgeous!

Great time!

First off, we absolutely love Destin and Tops’l! This is our second year staying at the property (different condo). The amenities, cleanliness and staff at Tops’l are above par! The location of the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family to see the pool and beach…we had a blast. The condo’s kitchen is less stocked than some we have stayed in, but had enough utensils and such to function. We were oddly surprised to find there were no curtains or window coverings in the living area, making it impossible for anyone to sleep on the sofa bed due to lights/sun, and a huge red flag for privacy. The master bed is VERY firm and the WiFi was spotty. However, we were there to enjoy the beach so we did just that, no regrets! We will be back!

The good and the bad.

This was unit 203. It has a nice balcony with newer furniture that was enjoyed by my family. The inside of the condo looks like the photos. It appears the owner tried to do some updates with paint and some furniture. The drawers had crumbs and food in them. There were pans and utensils that worked. They are all miss match and need some updating, but did the job. Dishwasher door won’t stay open, just be careful. The washing machine sounds like it has marbles in it but it did wash the clothes. I only mention that as a heads up in case you plan to do it late at night, it might keep the kids up. Overall, the inside was clean and that’s what mattered. Pool… lower pool was heated and open to us. The upper pool was not heated and needed a code. The pool bar and restaurant was nice. We did enjoy cocktails and food while we were on vacation. Now for the listing… it’s important to know that the neighboring properties and even the pools on the property have separate owners and separate codes. If you get the code you can use both pools the upper and lower pool on the premisses. Although this listing shows a hot tub in the picture and in the online VRBO listing email that was sent to my email, it does not have one. There is no fitness center or neighboring facilities that you’re able to use unless the owner of the property gives you all of that information. The property itself was decent. There’s a very a little putt putt golf that we enjoyed. There’s shuffleboard and a basketball court that has open access that we also enjoyed. The tennis court and Pickleball court need a code, if you’re interested make sure you get that before you get to the property. The entire week we were at the facility there was stuff laying around the pool, dirty towels and broken pool stuff that never got picked up the entire time. Property manager…I sent two messages via VRBO to property manager when I booked and prior to booking and never received a response. I called twice after booking and did get a call/text. I called again the day we arrived and another girl was going to try to get me info on the hot-tub. I booked this property with the hot-tub for my daughter who has cancer and is doing rehab in a hot-tub. Come to find out the day we arrived no hot tub and then no call back from property manager or other lady. Not pleased!

Great Stay

The condo was very nice, exactly how it looked in the pictures. The view was amazing, the balcony overlooks the pools and is very close to the beach it makes you feel like you’re sitting at the pool. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely book again in the future

Enjoyable stay

Great condo and good location. Condo shows a little wear but it was so much better than a previous resort we booked prior to reserving this. The poolside bar was not serving food due to a gas issue and the poolside bar at the next door resort only serves Thurs-Sun and closes at 5p. The two dining restaurants on site were very good. Plenty of restaurants close by too. One suggestion would be to get new bed pillows but the bed was very comfortable. The other suggestion would be some outdoor cushions for the chaise lounges on the patio. The view here is superb even on the second floor!
