***NOTICE: Balcony and building construction June 9 - August (weather permitting): The balcony and building construction project is set to begin on June 9, 2025 with an anticipated completion date of August 1, 2025. There will be construction activity daily on the grounds and building. For the duration of the project, guests WILL NOT have access to balconies and windows may be covered. There will be work occurring on both sides of the building, with construction and noise throughout approved daylight hours 8am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday weekly. A discount has been applied to the rental rate during these dates.

Enjoy the “West Indes” vibe at #7708 Luau I on the beach side of the Resort! The amenities are impressive- a sparkling tropical pool surrounded by palm trees with a hot tub, soothing waterfall and tiki bar, gas grill, a fitness room, garage parking, and access to the sugar white beach right across the street. The location is indeed superb.

Stunning panoramic views of the beach from gulf to bay and resort are just the beginning! This Luau condo offers relaxing space for up to four guests. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area is furnished with plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa, features expansive windows that capture impressive views, and opens to a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. The casual dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to enjoy a quick meal or snack. Conveniently located near the living area is a half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Our tastefully appointed bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath.

The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

We loved the condo. It was perfect for the 2 of us and would’ve been fine had we brought my teenage daughter as well. Everything was clean. We were close to everything. The beach exceeded my expectations and was just beautiful. Will recommend.

We absolutely loved this property and the property manager BETTE! She got us in our property early due to an early arrival flight, she met us and our kids to let us in so we weren’t stuck driving around with exhausted kiddos and a rental car full of luggage and groceries. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I even texted her asking for the name of the mattress topper so I can get one for my bed at home! The property was super clean and had a trash chute right outside the door which made it so easy to dispose of garbage on the 17th floor. I could write a novel on the impeccable view we had! Beach was so easily accessible and close! The pool was well kept and family friendly! Parking was easy access. The location of this property was next to all of our favorite restaurants, golf courses, and shopping areas! We will definitely be returning to this property, and I’ve already referred only close friend to stay there with her family this coming June! 10 out of 10!!!! - One question that remains: why is floor 13 not accessible??? When asked we were told by staff “Oh no!! 13 is a bad number, we don’t have a 13” hmmmmm 😂😂😂👻

Lovely place!

Our family of 4 had a great time here. The unit was very clean and all essentials were included. The only drawback I would say is that we had iffy beach weather (two double red flag days in a row- meaning no ocean for kids) over the week and pool got packed. People often saved chairs in the morning (same as the beach spots) so that was a little irritating especially when we didn’t see those people for hours at the pool after they saved 5 chairs. It would be nice to have access to some of the other close pools in Sandestin and may have paid a little extra if we could have used the beach side pools too. While we did have access to two other pools, they were not close so not worth it. The listing made it sound like we had access to more pools than we really did. Overall it really is just the one - unless you want to drive to the other side of the property or to the other section of Sandestin on the bay side. The view from the unit was amazing and even caught the sunrise on the bay side. Some older furnishings - especially on the patio - but overall everything suited our needs very well! We would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean but ac was broke when we arrived late after driving straight from work. After waiting to see if the ac would drop temperature any it didn’t. We tried contacting emergency number with no answer, and then we called main number no one called us back. I then called the property manager who shouldn’t have to be bothered that late. Mrs. Bette answered and did her best to take care of us. She moved us to another room for the night. Overall a good stay after getting the ac fixed. I will stay closer to the water next time and the building not as nice as others I have stayed in.

Beautiful views and location

The property is fantastic! Views of the bay and gulf, golf courses and across SanDestin and Destin. Laundry in-unit, an awesome pool area, and short walk to the beach. Quiet unit in Luau 1 with comfortable seating and bed with a fabulous balcony. We had such a great time here.

Sandestin/Miramar Beach is heaven! Beautiful grounds of green golf courses, excellent view from the 17th floor where we stayed, beautiful beach (we could see it), great pool and hot tub. Across the street is a large shopping area that eventually leads into a cluster of fancy shops connected to the Publix plaza where we bought our groceries. Eating out is great. Lots of choices. Condo was beautiful, clean and furnishings were lovely and comfortable. Wrap around balcony was nice. We loved the view. Those are the pluses. Sandestin, being a tourist town, is getting a lot of traffic. Bordering Destin and Ft. Walton Beach traffic is insane, especially Ft. Walton. Greedy developers continue to destroy Florida (where I grew up) with properties set within inches of each other on postage sized lots. If you're thinking of retiring there (like we WERE), now is the time to see it. For a vacation spot, this is perfect, but returning to FL is now out of the question. I no longer recognize anything around there. My only complaint with the property is that we were given ONE kitchen towel. Since this property accommodates 4 people, that's not a lot. We had to use a bathroom towel to help us out in the kitchen. Laundry facilities inside the condo are LOUD, so don't plan to do your laundry overnight. Lobby has no welcomers or coffee for you. Walk to the beach is extremely short.
