«⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at WelcomeHeritage Badi Kothi, Prayagraj. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great hospitality experience. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Dhananjaya and Romina Singh for their exceptional service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prayagraj. Looking forward to staying here again.»

«Very noisy on the road. Extreme noise during the night meant unable to sleep well. Old noisy AC. Curtain unable to keep early morning light out. Had to switch off AC to reduce noise that meant mosquito attack. Overall staff were helpful but with exception of tips.»

While the management and service was good and friendly, it does not compensate for the overall experience.»

«The room was average and mosquitoes were many. They need to focus more on cleanliness. Even the reception staff is not that helpful or well-trained in that matter. »

«Room service very poor & electrical wire of hot water tank is without plug , no hand towel ,only 1 bath towel ,& lots of things missing in room , very poor service,, »

«The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)»
