You'll be within walking distance of all downtown’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, so it's easy to spend summer mornings grabbing coffee on Main Street and the afternoon exploring the water on your boat, which you can park at the shared dock. Go hiking on the nearby Bearskin Trail, play a round of golf, or just explore the charming downtown. Wintertime visitors will love the easy access to Minocqua Winter Park, 14 miles away, and Camp 10 Ski Area, around 33 miles away.

At home, say hi to the neighbors from the friendly front porch, or relax with a book in the fully enclosed sunroom. Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, abundant natural light, and lots of room to gather with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dual oven and wine fridge, and plenty of counter space for prep. Grab a bite at the window-front dining table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

When you get home, let the AC splits cool everyone down if it’s warm outside, or snuggle up on the sofa while you watch a movie if it’s chilly. Hop onto the free WiFi to scroll social media while the washer/dryer downstairs takes care of any stray laundry, then fire up the gas grill in the back yard for an easy dinner. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: If you walk directly across the street the dock is located down the stairs. This is a shared dock, so please keep boat parked on the left side of the dock when looking at the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
