I would strongly suggest not staying here. I met another guest in the lobby and we compared notes and had the same thoughts.
First, customer service is terrible, and all the rooms adjoin. I payed for the deluxe room and asked the difference at checkin between a double twin and she said there was none. Because the room adjoining, I had a noisy neighbor at 330 am (blaring music) and the hotel worker would not do anything. When I insisted, the neighbor then retaliated against me.
None of the workers fully speak English and the smoking rooms are next to non- smoking so you can still smell smoke. Shuttles did not run on time, and there was no breakfast. Another guest complained about this but the worker did not understand English.
The entire building is heavily scented of disinfectant. As my co- hotel friend stated “I believe they are hiding something by overusing so much cleanser”
Finally, it’s not safe. I tried to resolve issues amicably with hotel and they would not.
