«Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. »

«We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. «Our experience at this place was extremely disappointing. While the food was excellent, everything else fell far below expectations.
There was no electricity; despite being solar-powered, we ran out of power entirely. Then we lost access to water. This is unacceptable, especially during the rainy season in the Philippines.

«The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there »

«On check-in, the wash hands basin in our room was blocked and had murky water in it. Other than that the room was acceptable.
Most disappointingly, the swimming pool was out of commission.
The breakfast menu was very limited and the area adjacent to the dining room hadn't been cleaned for some time. The staff tried hard but were very young and inexperienced.
On the plus side, the gym was well equipped. »
