🔹 The last 0.1 mile to the cabin can be bumpy despite HOA/owner upkeep.
🔹 Maximum number of vehicles which may be parked overnight shall not exceed 3 vehicles.
🔹 There is a security camera recording the driveway, front door & basement garage. Do not move, cover, tamper or take down alarms, security lights or cameras.

For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.
