« Pros: Great food, great staff, very helpful. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The toilet seat was not screwed in properly. The AC was confusing to operate then the remote stopped functioning. The fridge was not plugged in and did not have a proper place to plug it in without it being inconvenient. Overall it was a great quality stay and was a great accommodation that suited my needs. Thank you for the hospitality. »

«Casalay is a great place to stay for families who want to escape the hustle & bustle of life. The villas were clean, cimfortable, spacious for a family of five. the pool were great to take a break from the heat. the sraff were exceptional!!! second to none!»

«Really nice hotel. The room was the premier Flint B, which had a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds for children. The terrace had a nice view of the bay. The only drawback was the steep stairs, but the bellhop carried up and down the bags. The hotel staff was very friendly, and everyone learned your name and it felt non-forced and like you knew them for a long time. I would suggest a drink at the bar in the evening with Ton Ton the bartender. I also thought the breakfast was excellent and ...

«There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort. First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing. We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained. There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. «Room was beautiful, perfectly clean and smelled nice. The staff was super friendly, bossman even helped me try to fix my scooter when i asked for some tools! The premises are gorgeous, the breakfast was tasty and the vibe was generally calm, relaxing and comfortable. The AC is a bit dated but did a reliable job nonetheless. If i had to critisize something, the water pressure in the shower could be a little better. All in all still a 5 star experience for me!»

«Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond ...

«Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the beach itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners!»
