Toilet ran if you didn’t play with handle. There were ants crawling on the walls; which I didn’t notice until the second day so the rest of the time I kept itching every time I felt something. Pancake cooker is cool but seems like it could be hard to clean.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, especially Carol at the front desk. From helping me get my reservation set prior to our visit to her welcoming kind voice while there. Breakfast staff was so accommodating and the cleaning staff was helpful and welcoming.

I arrived late on Tuesday night , and left today ( Sunday ). It would have been a much better experience if I didn’t have to repeatedly ask for them to come take my trash or give us clean towels, without anyone actually doing it . I was there for nearly a week and housekeeping didn’t enter my room once until I went down to the front desk the last night of our stay ( Saturday afternoon ) and asked them to please service our room. I let them know I was upset at this point because I had asked Thursday , Friday and now I was asking again , Saturday (the last day of our trip) The man at the front desk brought a girl from housekeeping to talk to me and she said she would service our room, “If that’s what I wanted” but I had to leave my room , ( which I was leaving for the day anyways ) when she did finally go into the room , they made the bed with the same sheets and blankets that had been on the beds all week, grabbed the trash and left a few towels. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay there for the week whatsoever. It’s unfortunate, because the location was perfect for my families needs but , I will never book this hotel again.

After reviewing your stay with us, You did receive housekeeping services on the days you didn't have the sign on the door. Our housekeeping staff are not allowed to be in the room with the guest. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, I was here most of the time during your stay.I hope thins go better for you at the next Hotel/ Motel you visit.

I found a washcloth hanging on the shower rod, but most of the room and hotel was very clean. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel generator and was pretty obnoxious, but overall, no problem.

The breakfast buffet was nice. There was a Texas Roadhouse close by as well as a Buffalo wild wings. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were up very nice. I would stay again.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The only issue was there was not extra bedding for the sofa bed. The pool water was chilly, but the hot tub was great! Breakfast was good.

Thank you for staying with us. We deliver sofa bedding as needed. Our pool is kept at 83 degrees, whirlpool. 103 degrees.

Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast excellent. In general the hotel was exceptionally clean, this also includes the pool and exercise areas. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at many hotels in the area. This is the best and will be go-to location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. The rooms were clean and provided ample space. The breakfast was phenomenal.

We stayed one night and were very impressed with the quality for the price. The room was immaculate and the bed linens and pillows were super soft and comfy. The shades on the windows made the room so dark sleeping was a breeze. And, the room was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was a bonus and just what we needed to start our day. Everyone on staff was super nice. We will definitely be staying again if we are ever passing through.

Employees are very will to help you with any request. The continental breakfast was great. rooms were very clean. I always check for bed bugs, In the sheets and in the bed itself. I found no trace of them. I will defiantly be coming back. My wife loved the c pods in room for coffee machine.
