I like this hotel for my early flights out. It's a nice step up from the other chains. My only suggestion for the hotel is to improve the breakfast in the main dining room.

I do not recommend staying here at all. Not only is it in a sketchy neighborhood, but the housekeepers have sticky fingers and stole my wallet out of my room. I reported this to the front desk and they did not act with any urgency or really do anything about it. So unless you like your belongings stolen, this is not a place I’d recommend.

The bed and pillows were nice. The balcony door didn't shut tight, it was like that when we got there. The bathroom faucet leaked and made a mess of the sink every time you would use it. The shower doors were fine the first time we showered then they came off the rails when my husband showered the next day. They could be dangerous if they fell. The toilet seat was loose or needed to be replaced. Anyone cleaning the room would have noticed that these things were going on. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there or it had been a smoking room in the past. We asked for shower towels and the person brought us the floor towels which we didn't notice until midnight when my husband was showering.

The hotel was beautiful , however most of the staff was not friendly on top of that at the end of my stay I asked for my print out just to have it and I see I was charged for some one else dinner on my account that made me upset and I also have not received my fee that was applied on my account for the stay

The room and common areas do not appear to have been cleaned recently. The poor Holiday Inn reputation continues. Someone else booked this room for me; I never would have picked it on my own.

There were things missing from my room I have yet to get my refund because they credited me for all night but one it was a horrible experience

The room was very modern, as was the entire hotel. Nice restaurant on-site, and shuttle service to/from airport was on time. Will definitely stay there again!

We only stayed less than 24 hours to catch an early flight at the airport. The lady who checked me in was extremely nice and helpful! Parking was easy and convenient, we did the extended parking while we flew out of state.

They were great when our car didn’t start after didn’t getting back from vacation and letting us hang out in the lobby. They USB ports in the lobby didn’t work but was thankful for a warm room. Spent the night before the trip and was very comfortable and clean.
