«I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy ...

«The condo was a great place to stay. It is conveniently located to restaurants, a mall and plenty of activities to enjoy in and around San Jose. The host went out of his way to provide instructions for accessing the building and parking garage. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable.»
