The Greenview features ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout the home. The master ensuite includes underfloor heating, and ceiling fans are fitted in Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4.

BNB Made Easy is a professional short-term rental property management company, so rest assured your stay at The Greenview will be professionally managed, thoughtfully prepared, and easy to settle into. The home opens into airy, contemporary interiors built around a Smeg-fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and Nespresso machine, with two living rooms — one with a Smart TV — giving the group room to spread out. The master suite carries an ensuite with underfloor heating, while three further queen rooms share the main bathroom and powder room. Outside, an undercover dining setting and a large backyard open onto countryside views, with room for pets to settle in.



THE LOCATION:

The Greenview sits on a residential edge of Millthorpe village, a short stroll to the main street and roughly 20 minutes' drive from Orange and 25 minutes from Bathurst.



Millthorpe's coffee and brunch culture runs through Millthorpe Providore and the Old Mill Café & Restaurant (both a 2-minute drive away). Tonic Restaurant (2 min) is a hatted dining institution led by chef Tony Worland, with seasonal menus built around local produce. The Millthorpe Hotel is a heritage-listed pub serving classic counter meals and cold beers in a relaxed setting.



Three cellar doors sit within the village centre — Angullong Wines at the Old Bluestone Stables (Cnr Park & Victoria St), Tamburlaine Organic Wines inside the historic Millthorpe General Store on Pym Street, and Slow Wine Co. The Golden Memories Museum holds a complex of heritage buildings filled with local objects and machinery. Redmond Oval offers a playground, BBQ facilities, a basketball court, and a tennis court bookable online. Ashcrofts IGA Local Grocer is a 3-minute drive for everyday essentials, and the Millthorpe Train Station is also 3 minutes' drive (or a 15-minute walk).

Millthorpe is a picturesque and historic village set amidst gently rolling hills. It is classified by the National Trust and, because it is not on a main thoroughfare, it has managed to avoid being overdeveloped and has retained its 19th century charm. It is a village held in historic aspic with its cobbled, bluestone-bordered streets juxtaposed against a sense of modernity contained in its quality restaurants, galleries, and craft shops. It has found a balance between 21st century sophistication and 19th century gracefulness. Not surprisingly, it has attracted city dwellers and artists seeking an escape to a quieter and more sedate rural lifestyle, while still enjoying good coffee, good food, and the attractions which a large city can offer.

- CAMERAS: Please be advised that the property features one external security camera — a Ring doorbell located at the front entrance.

- PETS: We warmly welcome pets at The Greenview. A pet fee applies per stay. Pets are welcome indoors and outdoors, but must remain off furniture, and droppings are to be collected from the backyard before checkout.

- PORTACOT: A portacot is available for use, however cot linen is not provided and the portacot will not be assembled prior to your arrival. Please bring your own cot linen.

-PARKING: To help us maintain the property, please avoid parking on the lawns. Guests are kindly asked to park in the driveway only. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
