Relax on the dock with your morning coffee, enjoy a leisurely kayak adventure on the beautiful lake, catch a catfish or two, or simply let your cares melt away as you float on a raft.

If you have a boat, you may bring it. Open boat slip is available! Free public ramp is less than 100 yards from our driveway. In addition, pontoon boat rentals are available from Bobby's Pontoon Boat Rentals (delivered to your dock) or Sunset Marina in Milledgeville, which is just 30 minutes away!

The kitchen is well-stocked with nice appliances, plenty of cookware, crock pot, toaster oven, coffee maker (coffee filters & ground coffee provided), plates, glasses, stemware, silverware, utensils, grilling tools, and basic spices. Additional mini-fridge is perfect for wine, sodas, or water bottles.

-1 roll of paper towels
-Dish soap
-Dishwasher detergent
-Trash bags

Living room has comfortable reclining sofas and chairs along with a rustic stove for winter use and TV for cozy evenings in the cabin. Gather around at night for a movie on ROKU or perhaps a chess/checkers game!

Please note, if you would like to watch football games, you will need to sign into your HULU account on our Roku TV. Please be sure to sign out of all streaming services before you leave. Thank you!

Primary suite has a private entrance to the screened porch, & a private bath with tub.

Absolutely perfect!!! Loved everything about this place. Loved the decor… loved the set up. Everything inside was very comfortable. They supplied everything we needed. Even had soaps, coffee, spices and lots more. The dock and yard were setup nicely.. lots of places to sit and relax. Loved floating on the tubes. Had a covered boat slip which was perfect for our boat. I would definitely LOVE to stay here again…a perfect vacation!

Awesome view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. We had significant damage to our home due to Hurricane Helene so Lake Sinclair was a very calming respite. We would go back and stay at Lori’s house in a heartbeat!

Wonderful getaway lakehouse

My family of 7 stayed here for a weekend together at the lake. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We absolutely loved the dock and the lake area and spent most of our time out there, and it all felt very private and quiet. We also rented a boat for a day and really enjoyed the lake. My son accidentally left his guitar when we checked out, and the host was more than willing to help make sure we got it back. We would definitely go back!

Loved It!

We absolutely loved Paradise Cove and all it had to offer. We spent most of our time on the dock fishing and kayaking. We brought our dog and I believe he had the best time of all. The house was well stocked with towels and kitchen stuff. The beds were comfy. Everything seemed clean. If you’re planning to stay here, bring plenty of food because there aren’t many restaurants nearby. We drove into Milledgeville to eat a couple of times but cooked and grilled the rest of the time. The neighbors are quiet and there’s very little boat traffic in the cove. The morning time was my favorite. Sitting on the dock with coffee was so nice. There was some rain a few nights but it’s so relaxing sitting on the porch listening to it. We used the fire pit once for s’mores. We will definitely visit again. We fell in love with lake life. We had a nice family vacation. Communication with the owner was great. No issues at all. Thanks.

Great Lake House

Great family get away at the lake! We stayed several nights and brought the whole family. The home was clean and well taken care of. The dock was perfect and in a cove that was protected from major boat traffic. We brought our boat and we’re able to keep it right at the dock and still had plenty of room to swim. Would stay again

Ants everywhere, sat in a swing on dock,got covered and bite by many ants. Ants and roaches in the kitchen area. 3 TV's one worked, upstairs fan would not work and the upstairs A/c would not cool. Paddle boat that was advertised was sunk and not working. Yes we were disappointed

Amazing vacation

Very impressed with every aspect of this wonderful house. Cannot thank Laura enough for allowing us to rent. Every year myself along with my brother, father, and uncle take a week to just hang out together and just have a good time doing as little as possible. Successful Birthday Celebration

Things could not have been more perfect. We celebrated my daughters 8th birthday and there was plenty for them to do from inside board games to the kayaks that were provided. The neighborhood boat ramp was a huge plus. Plenty of boat parking on the dock. We had friends come by and visit during the day and had no issues having room for everyone to tie off. We were a short boat ride from Crooked Creek Marina so we were able to enjoy lunch there.

Perfect family vacation

We loved our stay with Laura’s place. It was perfect for our family vacation. She was super accommodating and her communication was excellent. The house was perfect for our family. Our daughter loved the foosball table, jumping off the dock and loft! Everything worked perfectly and being right on the lake was so convenient. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed! We can’t wait to return!

Weekend Getaway

Every year my friends and i go to the lake for a weekend getaway. We have stayed at multiple properties in the area, but this one has been the best so far!! Laura has been the most accomodating host i have ever worked with on here! She did way more than was necessary to ensure we had the perfect vacation. The house is beautiful! The paddle boat and kayaks were a great plus that our guys enjoyed playing in like they were kids again. The location was perfect!!! Not far from the open lake, but far enough on a cove that there wasnt a ton of traffic so we could float and swim without being thrown into the dock by waves. All of the trees surrounding the property gave plenty of shade during the middle of the day and gave a more private feeling than most of the homes we have ever stayed at. If i could give them 10 stars i would!

GREAT lake house!

The lake house is wonderful! Spacious, plenty of room for our two families (total of 7). Everything is open and clean. The boys loved the foosball table. We played cornhole in the yard overlooking the lake. The hammock and firepit with chairs are nice for relaxing. Loved the dock! The doc is so close and easy. We had lunch there, fished, swam, went kayaking a ton. The owner is SO sweet and thoughtful! Communication with her was excellent. You can tell she really loves the property and cares that you have a wonderful stay. We will certainly rent here again. Thank you for everything!

The Jordans paradise vacation!

The pictures don’t do justice, the the house was perfect for our family plenty of space, clean, and the view from the living room was beautiful! The dock was the added bonus to swim, fish and hanging out and having family time!!!! We all said that it was the most relaxing vacation that we’ve had and we will definitely back!

Perfect Lake House!

Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful cabin. The location on the lake is great. It sits on deep water, and the dock is a comfortable place to swing, relax, or fish. They have everything you need here, even beach towels! We would definitely stay here again. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Lake Getaway

Paradise Cove was perfect for a lake getaway! The cabin was comfortable and cozy and was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. The screened porch was amazing on sunny and rainy days. We enjoyed jumping from the dock, swimming in the lake, kayaking, reading, playing games, and relaxing. We appreciated the built-in baby/dog gates on the deck, as they kept our pups contained and safe. Communication with Laura was easy, and she quickly responded to any questions we had. Paradise Cove is one of the best, and we hope to return.
