«You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. We weren’t offered anything as an apology, just a too bad»

«Good service, we arrived early and got a room right away. Large, newly renovated room, loved the bathroom. The room was Clean and the bed very comfortable. The only negative is that the curtains were very thin so it was very bright early in the morning.»

The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.»

«The pillows are soft and small. The TV has basic channels only and because it is a Roku TV, I couldn't get Netflix to mirror with my phone. But breakfast buffet is standard Fair. Cold hard boiled eggs, bread for toast and cereal, Bagels, yogurt, bananas and oranges, Folgers coffee and or orange juice. Also pancakes are available»
