The person at the desk appeared like we were bothering him. There was a dirty face cloth left in room on the curtain rod. We slept for a few hours then left because we were repulsed by staying here. We dropped our keys off at 4:30am and this person at the desk was a little friendlier but didn’t present himself as an employee (wasn’t wearing a uniform)

The only thing that should be considered of thinking why if the customer is paying already a price for the stay we have to pay for the use of the microwave and refrigerator

Can’t always go by the bad reviews, the property was clean, room was clean, bathroom was extremely clean. Staff was respectful.
The maid service was great!!
My Only con on my visit was that the room I had didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator.

Front desk check in what's not customer friendly, and surprised me with a "$50 deposit" that I was unaware of, even though I booked the room online.
Walls are super thin so you can hear you're fellow neighbors well, and all their activities.

It was regretful to have discovered that you weren’t thoroughly impressed with us during your recent stay due to the thin walls, the unfriendly staff and the other concerns mentioned.
