Didn't expect much from a motel 6, just a place to shower and sleep. But we had to go to the front desk multiple times to reactive the key cards and dirty finger prints on the ceiling and walls.

The place smelled when you walked in, but you got used to it after 15 minutes or so also, the elevator floor was sticky the night we checked in and it was still sticky the morning after. The ceiling towels on the fourth floor were all messed up. I guess they had a flood of some kind and maybe that’s accounts for the smell.

Wasn't completely clean. The elevator and my tv had liquor stains. Bed was flimsy. Furniture super old. Furniture dod not look like pictures. I saw a roach! In the good side, staff was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfriendly staff. Sticky floors. Broken door handles. Broken shower curtain rod. All of the furniture was damaged, like a dog had gnawed on it. No tv remote. The room definitely didn’t feel clean.

Honestly, don’t stay here unless you like walking into a room that wreaks of cigarette, has ashes everywhere, and people slam the doors all through the night. Every floor smells like marijuana, and the staff was extremely rude.

This place felt real sketchy... the staff are not the friendliest at all. I understand how tiring it can be to work at a place like that but i don't think i ever came across someone so meh. The place is supposed to be non-smoking... but smells a lot like cigarettes and marijuana. You get what you pay for though that's about it. i did not feel safe at all though

There was extensive mold on the bathroom ceilings, broken furniture, the smell of smokers everywhere and most visitors didnt seem to clean up after their pets as there was dog poop almost everywhere there was grass. There is a reason the hotel was cheap

There was broken furniture, mold all over the bathroom ceilings, dog poop in most of the grass, cops at least half the days of the stay, the halls reek of smoke.

Not recommend stay
The front desk employees have no personality. I ask for a chair which was supposed to be there and it took hours to get one from another room. All employees have bad attitudes plus the lobby and hallways had heavy weed smell. You have very limited tv channel options as well

I am very dissatisfied about the service at Motel 6. The representative was rude, my stay was only 2 nights thank God. I asked where restaurants are, and he said he told me five times where they are. I never talked to him 5 times. The room phone did not work, the TV was not working properly, and they made no attempt to fix the issue. The room key card did not work, the desk clerk was outside most of the time, and I had to rely on someone hanging around the lobby to get me another one. felt intimated by people who were just hanging around in the evening. My worst experience ever. I will NEVER use Motel 6 again unless I hear back from a Representative of corporate.

The male clerk who checked me in has no customer service skills, not friendly was on his phone when walked up to the counter and said what do you want, being friendly goes a long way.
