There are many mobility options to reach downtown and our team is always ready to help each guest to find the best solution for them. The tram stop leading directly to the city center is just a 10-minute walk away, for instance.We're sorry to hear about the noise issue with the water pipe outside affecting your sleep quality. We understand your concern regarding access to public transport and the fact that the surroundings are very quiet can give the wrong lack of safety impression. Our hotel is located in a very green area that is undergoing full development, just 4 km away from the Duomo. We can assure you that the 10 minute-walk to the tram stop that leads to the city center is very safe.We are also aware of the poor street lighting in the adjacent road, and we have already contacted the Municipality of Milan to address this issue.
