Not good idea to stay there. Isolated area.
Not good idea to stay this hotel. The bar staff especially the old lady has worst attitude I have ever seen in my lifetime. No eye contact. Avoid all cost.

Vinduet kunne ikke lukkes, ringte en klokke hver halvtime. Skittent på bad, ikke dyne i seng, kun laken. Finnes bedre alternativer i området til samme pris.

Bad hotel, staff ignorant an unhelpful
We got a room on the 3rd floor, it looks bad maintained. Beds are nothing to brag about. Unfriendly staff, arrogant and not service minded at all. I found the brekfast more or less un taste ful. Unable to refill eggs and bacon ( the only warm choise) Toaster did not work. Cleaning of tabels very slow and sloppy. But good selections of fruits. I did not find this hotel worth the price. I suggest you shopul look for another one.

No good Idea to book at Idea Hotell Malpensa
Hotellet er fullstendig feilbeskrevet. Hele hotellet er veldig slitt. Vi sjekket inn gikk inn på rommet og sjekket ut igjen.

Ikke spesielt god service da vi kom, kun to fingre i været for å vise at innsjekk først var om en time. Måtte nesten mase for å få spurt om vi kunne få satt fra oss bagasjen et sted. Tungvint å ikke kunne gå til flyplassen, men være avhengig av shuttlebuss/drosje. Gode senger, men steinharde puter. Enkel, men grei frokost.

Mye hotell for pengene
Hyggelige personell! Mye valuta for pengene. God air-conditionin. Dusjen var litt defekt, men det klarte vi å leve med.

Greit nok for å være nært flyplassen. Grei innsjekk, fikk feil rom type i utg.pkt. Ingen problem å bytte til riktig rom kategori, men unødvendig ekstratid. Mat og service i restauranten var særdeles skuffende, en nedtur for hele Italia oppholdet. Maten bar preg av dypfryst produkter. Lasagnen var sannsynligvis et dypfryst Findus produkt. Hamburgeren var tørr som never. Maten ventet vi på i en drøy time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Staff here was so unhelpful and rude. Good luck trying to get them to help you with getting a shuttle from the airport to there they never respond. Spend more money and just go to the Sheraton

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte in questo hotel, appena arriviamo la receptionist ci dice che dobbiamo pagare 20€ in più perché non abbiamo prenotato per due persone ma solamente una (ho prenotato per due), dopodiché stavo cercando di controllare meglio la mia prenotazione lei dice che lascia stare non c'è più bisogno (perché ha visto che noi non ci siamo cascati). In poche parole se uno non è pratico e non è attento ti vogliono rubare 20€, non è una cifra esagerata ma fa arrabbiare un comportamento del genere, per il resto tutto bello e funzionante.

空港に深夜到着だったので利用しました。空港、ホテル間は24時間シャトルバスが運行しています。片道5ユーロ。 到着口の5番出口にホテルバスが来ます。 詳細はホテルに問い合わせた方が良いでしょう。 ドライヤー、シャンプーはありました。

I dont like the fact that the property could not provide any refreshment even tea or coffee in the room..One needs to go down to even get hot water for drinking tea that one had to buy outside.The hotel have lovely staff who are willing to help at all time

It was seriously basic but I guess you get what you pay for as not expensive… A rather weird hotel in a strange location a €20 taxi ride from hotel (or €5 per person shuttle bus) - not one to stay at unless your flights dictate it.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to get to the airport for their flights. This hotel is pretty secluded and there isn’t much around the area. As for air conditioner, I’ve read reviews that the aircon doesn’t blow cool air. I had the same issue too as the settings automatically change to heat. So I simply went to the receptionist and they changed the settings from hot to cool air. Both cool and hot air works well! The scenery outside the hotel is pretty too! Although there is a church nearby that rings the bell every hour (or a few hours) I’m okay with that. In terms of cleanliness, my room was pretty spotless and I love cleanliness so I really love the room. Other than this hotel being secluded and no transport nearby (other than their shuttle bus which you have to pay 5 euro per trip which takes you to and fro the airport), I highly recommend this hotel. Food: There is a restaurant and a bar on the first level and there are vending machines which serves snacks, sandwiches and drinks.

Overall quite ok. Pros: clean and spacious rooms, dinner at the hotel restaurant was really food, location close to Case Nuove shuttle bus stop. You can have a free transportation from the hotel to the Malpensa airport. Cons: area around the hotel is quite shady. The wifi is unusable on the 4th floor but works quite well in the lobby. Breakfast was not great but not terrible. My room had a window towards the front yard and I could hear people talking there so the sound isolation is appalling. Prepare to hear every plane taking off and the bells of the church nearby.

Hotel un po' vecchiotto ma posizionato bene, con vicino un buon ristorante. Anche se vecchiotto, il letto era comodo. Note dolenti finestre che sembravo aperte, quindi ogni minimo rumore sembrava di averlo in camera e carenza di prese vicino al letto per ricaricare i cellulari.
