Good choice
The staff are very friendly, good breakfast and close to public transportation. The hotel has a unique and cozy style, which me and my girlfriend liked a lot. Would definetly stay there again if I’m going back to Milano.

Flott service
Rommet var stort, lyst og fint, med kabeltv, internett, hårføner etc . Frokosten var svært god og servicen der og i resepsjonen var upåklagelig. Derimot var det ca 1/2 times gange til katedralen og severdighetene, så for en backpacker på gjennomreise var det et stykke. Dessuten var det et stykke til metrostasjonene, men tog og trikk gikk ofte fra et kryss 5 min unna.

Nice and cosy, smells like a perfumed old women
Nice and cosy with acceptable amenities for a 4 star hotel. The drawback was the cramped room and the distinct and overpowering smell of old woman´s perfume on the room. The style of the hotel might not be for all tastes, but the staff was friendly and the rooms clean.

Camera molto piccola, con un minimo spazio per passare attorno al letto. Cassaforte non funzionante. Ma la cosa che mi ha infastidito di più è stata la richiesta di 50 € in più oltre il prezzo preventivato. Alla mia rimostranza che il prezzo comunicato non era stato quello, mi è stato risposto che c'è stato un errore. Non è concepibile per un albergo a 4 stelle.

Older but good.
It is small and older, but comfortable. In the single room at least the toilet is in a very small space, but it was manageable. The beds are firm, and pillows hard but it worked. It was clean and the staff was very nice which made up for any shortfalls.

The hotel was located nicely with lots of food opportunities. The staff was very nice and welcoming. But the hotel was not worth the price! The rooms are not comfy for this price and the bathroom was old. The rooms were also very noisy. I arrived very late and got a room which actually was a connected room with another room (40/41). The people next to me were very loud and using the blow dryer until very late. It was as if we were in the same room. Because I had to work early next morning I asked for a new room. The gentleman at the reception gave me room 44. All together the quality was just not worth the price. The people working there are very professional and nice.

The property is very convenient to buses and trams. Easy access to the Duomo and to Milan Central. Nice location. However, I do not feel it's a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was very average. Most of the food was cold. The only hot items were eggs and soggy soggy bacon. The eggs were not replaced until they were all gone in the tray. Therefore, you needed to wait a while to get fresh scrambled eggs. The pancakes are ready made and just microwaved. I understand it's an american food. Plenty of cheeses, cold meat, and cakes. We couldn't get air conditioning in our room because they were not ready to turn it on so we had to open the windows instead. We were there for 8 nights. The sheets were not changed once. A coffee mug sat on the dresser for days and the trash bin was not cleaned out. It was literally overflowing. We placed our used towels in the shower stall in the morning figuring that would be a way of getting fresh towels, but no, they actually folded the used wet towels and placed them back on the shelf. I know that because the lipstick that was on my towel that morning, was the same towel I was using that evening. When I complained about that to the front desk, I was told it's not their policy to not change the towels but it was that particular cleaning staff was at fault. Totally unsanitary and disgusting. Would not stay there again.

Regarding the air conditioning, it is available from June to September, and we apologize if this caused any discomfort. As for the housekeeping issues you mentioned, we take these concerns very seriously and will address them with our team to ensure a better experience for our future guests. Nevertheless, please do let us know at the time of any concerns so that we can take action.
