Hotellet ligger veldig nærme metro stoppet LOTTO, som gjør at du enkelt kan komme deg dit du ønsker i Milano. Rommet var veldig stort, lyst og rent. Minus med oppholdet Var bl.a språk kommunikasjonen med resepsjonisten. Da engelsken var litt rusten og han ikke helt forsto hva vi prøvde å forklare. Det var også lite tips å få mtp restauranter og lignende. Rommet var veldig lytt, da vi i tillegg fikk rom rett ved siden av et «personale rom/kjøkken/vaskerom» der det gikk folk ut og inn hele døgnet omtrent. Noe som tok på nattesøvnen, samt var irriterende å våkne til.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet i forhold til undergrunnsbanen. Veldig bra service fra resepsjonisten. Store fine rom. Gratis frokost.

Brukbart hotell
Greit hotell med vennlige ansatte. Rommet vårt var ganske stort, badet var av helt standard kvalitet. Frokosten var ok, men utvalget var i likhet med frokostarealet ikke det største. Et supermarked samt flere restauranter og kafeer innenfor et par hundre meters avstand. Ligger like ved t-banestasjonen "Lotto", og i gangavstand til San Siro stadion. Litt sjenerende støy fra gaten utenfor om natten, og hotellet ligger ganske langt unna Linate-flyplassen.

Excellent customer service at the front desk thank you. Breakfast was standard it could improve. It would be nice if there is some healthy food offering besides breakfast. The area is well located for access the metro system but it lacks restaurant diversity.

Purtroppo no è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Avevo prenotato una singola deluxe con il letto ad 1 piazza e 1/2, ma nella realtà la stana era molto angusta. Il letto era si ad una piazza e mezzo ma occupava in larghezza tutta la stanza. Il bagno angusto e la doccia non ben funzionante. Il personale non mi ha messo ha disposizione un posto auto nel garage, ma non mi ha neanche proposto il pass da mettere sulla macchina parcheggiata in strada davanti all’albergo con il rischio di prendere la multa. Mi dispiace ma quanto ho pagato non è stato all’altezza del servizio offerto.

Perfekt til en fodboldtur
Vi var to venner på tur for at se fodbold på San Siro Stadion. Hotellet var virkelig godt og havde en perfekt beliggenhed tæt på stadion og metro til centrum

The smell in the room was the biggest issue - it reeked of rose incense or something of that nature. We had to keep the window open for the duration of our stay to try and air out the room. The sheets were quite scratchy. There were scuffs and dents on the walls. And finally the walls were so thin we could hear the guest in the next room snoring throughout the night. It's a good location as it's by the San Siro - we flew in for the game. But it was at best a very passable stay.

Dear Julia,we are sorry for falling short on your expectations. If you had asked us not to spray parfume we wouldn't do it. As per the walls with dents and scuffs that is due to the high occupancy we have every year. Periodically we intervene in order to fix the damaged parts, however having the 95% of occupancy results in that. Nothing that can really harm the sight though. The way you described it makes think a white shark had stayed before you. We' re glad to know that at least you have appreciated our location.Best regards.

Muy cómodo, buena localización (parada de metro cercana y parada del Malpensa shuttle para el aeropuerto a 2min). Tal como las fotos. Muy buena presión de agua. El personal muy amable. En definitiva buena relación calidad precio.

I don't understand why this is 4-star hotel
The location was good, near a supermarket and a subway station. but I never had this experience the hot water was stopped during the shower in any hotels or accommodations but here. Hot water was coming out at first, and it stopped in 10 minutes. When I told this to the staff, they didn't take it seriously they said they didn't know how long I take showers even though I told them it was 10 minutes. Staff responded but I don't feel they showed sorry to me but excuses. Due to this issue, I had to change the room for each night. And a staff suggested reducing my shower time. He said he was joking after seeing my frozen face but it was not adequate at all. They offered me just a free breakfast only for a day. The thing is I didn't feel comfortable with the attitude when they dealt with this problem. I understand this is not their fault but they never said sorry for this inconvenience and it felt weird. I wouldn't feel this bad if they showed sorry and didn't take this as a joke. so shame.

Dear Guest,we are terribly sorry about all the issues you had to go through while staying at our hotel. We had the chance to investigate on the attitude of our employe who has understood that jokes, although made with all due respects, are totally out of place. We apologize again for the discomfort caused. We'd like to explain you that in the room you stayed in the boiler contains 40 liters of water. Fantastic stay, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was as described. Very handy for Metro in to centre and Citylife, and walkable to San Siro. Will definitely come back next time we’re in Milan

El hotel bastante bien. Se nota que tiene ya unos años pero bien. La habitación amplia con aire acondicionado. El desayuno bien, aunque hay poca cantidad de cada cosa porque el comedor es pequeño, reponen con suficiente frecuencia. Tenía un poco de todo.

Fint och trevligt hotell och fint rum. Trevligt bemötande av personal. Nära till tunnelbana och 10 minuter in till Doumen. Hotellet ligger väg i vägg med en fantastisk restaurang som varmt rekommenderas.

This hotel is close to a busy intersection with buslines and trolleys crossing which can be noisy at night. A supermarket is 2 minutes walk, the airport bus to MXP is across the street. WIFI access differs from lobby to room, so switching on PC may be necessary.

Good value in expensive Milan
I'm not sure who awarded 4 stars, maybe 3 tops.anyway the rooms are well equipped and the area is ideal for a trip to the san siro.metro stop lotto right outside in a residential area with supermarket and McDonald's and not much else,if you aren't going to the football you might want to stay nearer the centre.

Hébergement proche de tout ( stade, casa milan, supermarché, restaurant, métro, shopping). Chambre sympathique mais pas aussi insonorisée que ce qu’il est noté sur le site. Personnel ne parle pas français hors sur le site il est noté qu’ils parlent français et d’autres langues. Petit côté intéressant ils ont les moyens d’appeler un taxi et il arrive en moins de 5 min.

The hotel description explains that rooms are equips with air conditioning, however this is not the case all year round. I found out on arrival that the hotel are unable to switch on air conditioning throughout the country until May. The reception staff where helpful, and I did get a written apology from the hotel, but this did somewhat ruin our stay especially as I was travelling with a child. Metro is a 2 min walk away. Lots of places to eat locally.

Dear Samantha,thank you for your review. We understand that you appreciated the attitude of our staff. What you write is correct, hotels can't turn on A/C till May 1st, likewise can't turn on heating till October 15th. During your stay we had unprecedent temperatures for March and the aftermath was a higher perception of warm in the rooms ( but this only in the day time as in the night temperatures were as low as 6 or 7 degrees ). We are sorry that this ruined your stay and we really hope you'll give us another chance and stay with us again. Best regards. The management
