ミラノ中央駅から大変近く、便利なホテルです。日が暮れるとミラノ中央駅周辺はあまり治安が良くありませんが、このホテルは駅から歩いてすぐの距離にあるので、安心です。 スタッフの対応や設備はおおよそ問題なく、満足しています。日々の清掃も丁寧で、常に清潔です。 ただし、私たちが宿泊したツインルームはシャワールームが寝室と分かれておらず、隔てる壁はなくシャワーカーテン一枚しかありませんでした。 このため、シャワーを利用すると、周辺が水浸しになり、部屋は窓を開けて換気しないと湿気が充満します。 部屋の間取りだけが唯一、難点でした。ですが、数日の滞在でしたから、そこまで大きな不満ではありません。 イタリアでこの値段で、このレベルのホテルに止まること自体が難しいので、文句はありません。 全体的には満足していますし、おすすめのホテルです。

The hotel itself is really good, the stuff was super friendly and helpful( housekeeping was more than great), , front desk allowed us to check out 1 hour later ( appreciated!!!) but I don’t think the hotel is 4 starts worth it, the rooms were very small ( for that price ), if you don’t pay for a room with a view , you will keep your curtains closed … Robes were missing, flip flops and etc ( stuff you can live without, but for a 4 star hotel for that money you should have it)

Pictures online are not a realistic representation of the hotel. Room was very small and smelt awful. Air con wasn’t on due to season which in heat amplified the bad smell. No bar/reception area. Felt unsafe outside the hotel after 7pm - a lot of pickpockets and people intimidatingly approaching you asking for money or offering drugs !

Wir wurden wegen eines Notfalles in ein weniger Attraktives Hotel umgebucht. Interaktion mit dem Hotel hat nichts gebracht - Hotel.com hat sich sehr gut verhalten, was man vom Hotel nicht behaupten kann.

Very convenient location
I had been live with them for 3 nights and I really enjoyed staying with them!! Their location is very convenient and so basically I had no problems to visit the city with metro!!

Wouldnt recommend!
Very unsafe area we had a man follow us to our room and forcibly got into the small elevator and stood out of our room for hours that was a very scary situation.the area is very skecky throughout the day but specifically at night the most horrible. The location is convient but at what cost. The hotel has only 1 front desk staff and no security or questions asked for unauthorized personal that enter the hotel at anytime. Very small rooms. Its a new hotel only upside.

Lokasyonu güzel ancak hizmeti zayıf
Otelin iyi yanı konumu , personel ve düzenli havlu değişimi diyebilirim. Ancak odalar çok küçük, oda terliği , su kaynatıcısı vs bulunmuyor( biz özel olarak istedik ve o şekilde getirdiler- ancak kettle yanında şarap bardağı koymuşlar :) ), fön makinesi çalışmıyor gibi diyebilirim, çok yetersiz. Sıcak su tam gelmişken arada 1-2 saniyeliğine soğuyor ve bu çok sinir bozucu bir durum. Oda içinde sadece kişibaşı 1 yastık var ve çok rahatsız. Genel olarak sadece yatmalık ve konum olarak işinizi görebilir. Ancak az da konfor isterseniz pek tavsiye etmem. Son olarak interneti hızlıydı( 30-50mb hız alabiliyorsunuz)

ミラノ中央駅からも、メトロからとても近かったので、ありがたかったです。ただ、エントランスは少しわかりにくいので気をつける必要があります。お部屋は広く、とても綺麗でした。ただ、無駄にトイレのスペースが広いので、その分お部屋のスペースになってもいいのにとは思いました。衛生的にはとても綺麗でした。脱衣所はないので、一緒に行く方との関係性は気をつけないとです。家族なら問題なく使えると思います。 日本で言うビジネスホテルに近い感覚です。

In a small space but quiet and a very nice atmosphere. Room was always kept clean and location is great, especially for foodies. We liked it a lot and will certainly book again the next time we visit Milan

Comfortable and convenient hotel for Centrale
I really liked this hotel! The rooms are decorated in a very contemporary style, everything looked fresh and clean. I can see how the bathroom style with the shower and sink in the room (even if very discreetly tucked away) wouldn't suit everyone if you were sharing with a friend - but I thought the design made the room itself more spacious. I'm not a breakfast eater, but the food smelled AMAZING, and the view from the 11th floor of the station is utterly glorious. I was also able to have just a coffee instead of the full breakfast, so that was appreciated. Staff were polite and helpful, and it was handy to be able to leave my bags for a few hours to explore Milan before getting my train on to my final destination.

I booked a room almost 6 months ago, but i was transferred to another property upon.check in without a proper explanation. I was offered a room at GLAM HOTEL, and hated the dark-lighted room with black and red concept. I wouldve NEVER booked this hotel. Its a good thing i booked only one night there.
