Very pleasant stay 😁
A very nice and modern hotel that had very nice rooms. The overall stay was very pleasant for our departure to the airport the next day. There were alot for parkings spots (free) at the hotel. There was also a free shuttle bus to the airport that went every 15 minutes. There was sauna and turkish baths included aswell

En skuffende avslutning
Oppholdet var en 2'er på en skala fra 1- 10, der 10 er helt topp. Det vi reagerer mest på i første omgang er at det kom frem før bestilling at det var gangavstand til hotellet, noe det viser seg å ikke være. Hvis du velger å gå er faren for at du kommer ut på godt trafikkert vei stor. Vi brukte taxi da det ikke er noen informasjon hos Hotels.com at hotellet har egen flyplassbuss. 20 Euro i taxi en vei. 4€ i buss billet per person en vei. Ønsker du mat på hotellet så er råvarene helt ok. Men spiser du pizza så er ikke bunnen fersk, den er dypfryst og blir tint og stekt på samme måte som en frossen pizza i Norge. Ok men ikke mer en det. Terningkast 2. Ravioli med torsk var til gjengjeld god nok til å gi terningkast 4. Prisene på maten og oppholdet står ikke til standarden. Resepsjonistene er lite imøtekommende og påtatt høflige. Det var for vår del etter å hatt en flott opplevelse av Torbole - Sirmione og andre deler av Lago de Garda en skuffende avslutning på ferien. Skal du reise fra Malpensa airport terminal 1 og skal ha et hotell, Velg et annet hotell. Holliday in er ikke langt unna og det finnes et Hotell veldig nært terminal 1 og det er verdt de hundrelappene det koster ekstra for å ha gang avstand til flyplassen og tilsynelatende bedre kvalitet på hotellet, da du likevel betaler dette i transport avgifter til og fra flyplassen

Moderne flyplasshotell med god standard
Hadde en fin overnatting her. Temperatur på rommet kunne settes fra resepsjonen, usikker på om det gikk å regulere selv på rommet. Uansett så var det fin temperatur selv om det var varmt ute. Veldig grei parkering. Damen i baren hadde mye å gjøre men var blid og ordnet det vi ville ha. Frokosten prøvde vi ikke. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit i forbindelse med reiser til og fra Malpensa.

Styr unna!
Skulle overnatte her i forbindelse med ett kort opphold i Milano. Hotellet ligger i type bolig/industri -område, ingenting i nærheten. Rommet var greit, men det luktet røyk i hele rommet, og helt jævlig om morgningen inne på badet. Frokosten var elendig, og de ansatte presterte å gi meg regning på 15 EUR, selv om jeg hadde frokost inkludert, og når jeg prøvde å forklare dette svarte de på italiensk. Kommer ikke til å velge dette hotellet igjen, og anbefaler heller å velge ett annet en dette.

Have stayed here twice. Both times, the room was very warm and stuffy, the AC just isn't good. Hence, we slept terribly. There was absolutely NO food available between 2pm-5pm, and then it was bar snacks from 5-7pm if you bought a drink. The property needs a vending machine or self service type market place. Absolutely nowhere to walk to for a store or open restaurant. The AC problem is a deal breaker for me, won't stay here again. The staff and bartender were all wonderful, but then you must go back to a hot room. Breakfast and dinner were very good.

AC was not working all weekend and they had no one to escalate to ( no manager to call) so guest just had to suffer with warm rooms.

Upon arriving in Milan, we called the hotel to request the free shuttle transport. We were told where to stand and wait, but the shuttle never arrived. Long story short, after four calls and waiting in the cold for 90 minutes, we decided to look for other accommodations. We lost confidence that they would be able to assist with returning us to the airport the following morning for an early flight home. Thank you Expedia for assisting us with obtaining a refund from this hotel.

Room was tired. Especially the desk and the lighting both on the desk and the reading lights by the bed.. Was booked in an handicap room. The shower head would not stay in place. After my shower water was everywhere. Public areas were nice. The server in the lounge, Sonja, was great.

Wish the AC worked better
Temperature in room was very uncomfortable, especially after using shower. The front desk (3 different people) were not of much help. If I stayed again I would test the ac before unpacking. The restaurant was very good. The room was nicely updated. The staff was friendly. The shuttle was on time.

Great nights sleep!
Large, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms! Staff at checkin super friendly and quick! Good location for a flight out of MXP. Didn't give a 10 rating for 2 factors- Beware of 15 EURO shuttle fee each way to and from airport. A bit steep for a 1 mile drive. Also book ahead. Food at the restaurant onsite was good but the service was not. Slow and unorganized. A plus on convenience. Not much else around there. I would consider staying here again based on condition of room. We slept great and very clean! Most important.

When we checked in our room had at least five bugs that we found on the walls that were flying around. We were told that it’s common this time of year in Italy. Unacceptable and requested a room change would have left the hotel, but it was 1 AM. Staff was definitely accommodating and gave us a second room, which we found to be not serviced yet, bed unmade towels all over the floor. Went back to the lobby and was then assigned a third room, which we checked, and seemed fine enough for the remaining hours we had there to sleep..

But I am very sorry and offer my apologies. The girls do their best during the clean-up but these months we are overrun with these harmless insects. Thank you once again and my apologies. Sincerely
