Dear Johannesthanks for choosing Combo Milano , First of all we would like to inform you about the international situation of bed bugs , as you probably know bed bug is a problem that is spreading in all over the world , including Europe,we can assure you that we follow the best protocols of prevention and treatment pre- and post-reporting and we really carefully follow what is imposed by the prevention/safety Italian legislation ; We would like to specify for transparency that , as I imagine you know, what is also happening internationally, bedbugs or traveler's bedbugs (since they are carried precisely by travelers) are an exogenous problem, which therefore comes from outside and it has no connection with the cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities or places where they go to nest which generally can be hotels, public transportation, educational facilities , hospitals, and in general where there is a major flow of people coming in and out.After your stay our technicians checked the room to prevent any problem or block it immediately If found ; Following to the above we would like to point out that our daily goal is the satisfaction of our Guests, and our wish is that you and all our Guests leave Combo with a good memory and experience, we are very sorry this did not happen totally with you ; We remain at your disposal, we hope you can trust on our daily effort to prevent and contrast that problem that is spreading quickly in our industry;We wish you a good day, thanks again;
