didnt get the email how to go inside the bldng and apartmenr!!!! have to call them back while standing outside the rain!!! no change of towel or clean the room. and the bed spring is noisy!

Hello Irene,Thank you for staying in our apartments, although we are sad to hear that not everything met your expectations on this occasion.As for the email, that's unfortunate and we apologise, I hope the team was able to sort you easily.As for cleaning, we don't offer complimentary daily cleaning indeed, but you can easily get fresh towels and linen just by accessing the laundry in the luggage room. Has elevator for wheelchair in the entrance. That was so helpful. Some bathroom features for handicap Will increase the enjoiment of the room. Wonderful stigma from Bob (you need yo stay in the property to understand) thxxxx

Appartement sale avec de l’humidité partout lit humide je suis partie plus tôt on ne pouvait pas marcher pieds nue car sinon on aurai les pied noir vraiment déçu pire séjour de ma vie je ne recommande pas. Dép lis personne ne veux indemniser

Erinomainen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet. Siisti ja tilava majoitus, ruoanlaitto mahdollisuus, ruokakauppa lähellä, rauhallinen ympäristö. Parhaat kiitokset Ebelle, tulemme toistekin tänne.

Great location...with a little inevitable surprise
Location is outstanding and at walking distance to everything you need or want to see in Milano.That's the reason I chose this place. The room was a one bedroom apartment with ensuite bath and the ambience and choice of colors immediately caught me in a positive way. On day two the bathroom ceiling started dripping water from the apartment above. Management promptly called the plumber to find a solution. No other room was available so I had a big hole on the bathroom ceiling for the whole duration of the stay (8days) but at least no more water on my head. After a first shocking reaction in the end it was not a big deal and the property management did their best to accomodate despite the situation.

Pas de parking !!
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, cet établissement ne possède aucun parking privé. Les rues mitoyennes sont réservées aux résidents. Il faut se garer un peu plus loin sur une place où le parking est payant, et il faut compter 40€ pour la journée. En dehors de ce point, l’hôtel est bien, propre et très silencieux. De plus, il est correctement situé pour visiter Milan à pied. Le rapport qualité-prix est convenable. Le gros point négatif est l'absence de parking pourtant indiqué dans la description du logement.

2 Tage Städtereise völlig OK
Leider hat das Appartment KEINE Parkplätze, mann muss das Auto in winer Garage für 25€ pro Tag abstellen! Zimmergrösse und Küche sind in Ordnung, alles sehr neu, modern & frisch. Jedoch sind die Fenster noch alt & mann kann sie nicht öffnen, sehr grosser Nachteil. Im Bad hat es fast keine Möglichkeit Handtücher oder sonstiges aufzuhängen. Ebenfalls im Bad klaffte ein Loch in der decke von einer Platte die nicht vollständig befestigt war. Definitiv Punkte, die noch verbesdert werden müssten. Lage ist jedoch top und Preis ebenfalls!
