Positiv overraskelse
Selvom hotellet ligger litt utenfor det typiske turistsentrum, er det enkelt å komme dit med metro. Veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet generelt, rent, komfortabelt, god service. Frokosten var typisk italiensk, dvs mye søtsaker. Dette var det eneste som trakk litt ned.

Moderne flott hotell med svært god standard. Hotellet har ikke heis, men hyggelig Resepsjonist var behjelpelig med koffertbæring i trappene. Det ble fortalt at hotellet skal installere heis i nærmeste fremtid. Enkel, men grei frokost. Svært rask og god Internett på rommet og aircondition som fungerte godt. Rolig område med gåavstand til Sentraljernbanestasjonen og til shoppingområdet.

Staff is wonderful and room was nice enough. Breakfast is reasonable. Very convenient to train station, but area surrounding the hotel is not the best and all sites required a metro ride...which we were very comfortable taking. Metro stop is about a 10 minute walk away. Great gelato shop a block away. Otherwise, kind of limited on restaurants. We would not stay here again, solely due to the location.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of a subway station. Once on the subway you can easily get to the Duomo or roam all over the city. There are several cafes nearby. The hotel is small but well appointed and clean. The rooms are also small but well appointed and clean. The air conditioning did its job during very hot days. The staff and management were very accessible and helpful.

It is within 10 min walking distance of the Milan Central train station. The hotel promotes sustainability through its recycling program and only cleans the room and replaces the towers upon request. There is a food market nearby (less than 100 meters away) where one can buy fresh fruits and other items. There are a few restaurants nearby as well.

We stayed for 4 nights. The fellow at the front desk greeted us right away. The checkin was easy and our room was very nice and clean with a big king bed (made up of 2 twins) with a firm mattress (good for our backs after long days of walking). The bathroom was a good size with a lovely big shower. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the Central Station, and from there another 25-30 minutes to the Duomo. We would definitely stay again the next time in Milan.

Litet fint hotell på lugn gata. Nära till centralstation och flygbussar. Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rummet var rent, sängkläder och handdukar mycket fräscha. Stort plus är att det fanns både vattenkokare och kyl på rummet. Återkommer gärna nästa gång jag åker till Milano.

Caro pelo que oferece! A rua é bastante perigosa. O quarto não funcionava frigobar nem o aquecedor do banheiro. Ficamos no piso térreo e o barulho bem cedo era terrível. Ligaram para nosso quarto várias vezes no dia do chekout mesmo antes do horário nos colocando praticamente para fora do hotel.

Dear Rodrigo,I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction. I have been several times in the room with you and we have verified togheter the correct functioning of the fridge and the towel warmer in the bathroom. I am also sorry that you perceived the area as dangerous, even though it is a residential and business area only. For the check-out time I can only remind you that the limit is 11:00, it's true, we called you a couple of times because the next guest had arrived and he had asked us to kindly give him the room earlier possible. I apologize if we were persistent but in the end, I remind you, you left the room around 12:00. Best regards.

A little gem near Central Station

Friendly staff first and foremost. A decent bedroom and a bathroom with French doors out on to a balcony, which is a first! Close to a tram stop and a couple of blocks from the metro.

Das Hotel war zwar sehr klein, dafür aber ausserordentlich Sauber. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl zwar nicht sehr groß, hat aber gepasst. Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren ausserordentlich sauber, wir waren aber im Erdgeschoss, direkt neben dem Cafe und der Rezeption untergebracht, ohne Gehörschutz wäre hier ein ruhiges schlafen nicht möglich gewesen. Personal: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die mangelnden Englischkenntnisse waren ein wenig anstrengend Lage: Zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar, nächstgelegene U-Bahn Station in ca. 7 Minuten
